Delivery didnt come in time. They sent it to evri, for evri to say it was too big and they will be giving it to another courier, which added delays. It was just two camping chairs. Got refunded.

Great product good price and quick delivery

Paid for next day delivery, 7 minutes notice of the hour slot from DPD, so didn't make it back, no way of re-arranging delivery, so rang Black's, who were helpful and arranged a delivery for the following day, DPD claimed they tried to deliver, they lied, I was sat waiting for the delivery. SO, 15 days after my order was placed, I've not seen the item, I've not had a refund, most of the issues are obviosly with DPD, maybe Black's should consider engaging a reliable carrier. Hopefully something will happen one way or another, would have been nice to have been able to give a review of the item.

The Above Order was placed on the 27/08/26, it was supposed to be delivered on the 29/08/26
we are now 07/09/2026 and still no sign that I will get my order anytime soon.
The guys n Gals from Blacks sent my Order to Evri, the worst Courier in the UK, its been with them since the 28/08/26
Please find a Courier that delivers, anyone apart from Evri, if people have to pay a little bit more that's ok.

Never received, slow at answering messages. £65 down and nothing to show for it. Waste of time and money. Had problems in the past but after a few successful small order i ordered again. NEVER AGAIN. I'll order it elsewhere where emails are answered.

I have bought several items from Blacks (online). It has always been a positive experience.

Returned to Blacks in Yeovil with a pair of Meindl walking shoes. The shoes were 5 months old and the lower tread on the left shoe had detached almost completely. The shoes otherwise we're wearing well. I had mislaid the receipt for the shoes but Ben and Thomas very quickly helped me by identifying a method to bring up the transaction details in store. They were able to verify the purchase and process a replacement. The customer service was second to none and I will continue to use Blacks and highly recommend others to do so! Excellent service gentlemen!

Your mistake was to use Evri as your courier. I needed the breathable jacket for a festival I went to on a Thursday a couple of weeks ago and was promised delivery on the Monday. Evri sent me a message to say there was a problem on Monday, but it would come on Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday, but it arrived on Friday. I got soaked twice at the festival as a result.
I think that deserves a one star review.

A long delivery time, the item was returned and like the delivery I am still waiting for my refund, should be quicker.

Went into Blacks at Meadowhall as I was looking for new boots always a time I don’t like as working through the options is a nightmare. Dropped luckily on Alex who was polite knowledgable and he helped me pick the correct boots. No hard sell just good advice and inside knowledge. Can’t recommend him enough

Bike seems great but still waiting for a response on a missing part so that I can build it. You have to fully assemble it which is fine, but there is a part missing so I’m unable to finish it. Have emailed but heard nothing back yet.
