i placed aan order for store pickup which never arrived
i placed aan order for store pickup , the status of the order kept saying on its way to the store for a week , then i had to send several emails to the customer service team , they kept replying back that they are trying to call the store but without any success and we can't say where your order is , finally i called them after 2 weeks over the phone and they tried again to reach the store without any help , finally they just said we will cancel the order and refund your money !! terrible online shopping experience and worst customer service ever

Update: I have already been in direct contact with your customer service regarding this matter, presenting the original receipt. Despite clear proof of purchase, your team refused a proper refund and insisted on a store-locked gift card.
Your automated reply here on Trustpilot appears to be a PR gesture rather than a genuine effort to assist. Buyers beware: rigid policies and unhelpful customer support mean your money can be trapped even with a valid receipt in hand.

I have never had an issue with JD
I have never had an issue with JD. Products are good quality. Returns are easy whether it's only or in store. JD is my go to store for buying trainers, bags joggers etc.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service, one item was missing from the package, customer services rejected the claim stating it was picked packed and delivered when it wasn’t. I have now lost money and without the item that was bought as a birthday gift.

Ordered Manchester United top for my son's birthday and when it arrived the stitching in places was poor and would be expected on a fake top not a genuine one. Returned the top and received no refund then no response when I tried to contact JD. Thankfully PayPal were able to take the case and process my refund. Won't be shopping online with JD again.
