Easy to order, good communication and a fast and efficient delivery

I ordered football boots for my son. They arrived one without laces and the other with studs missing. After a drawn out robot chat these were fully refunded after I demanded they pay for return. I ordered another pair - there is no recognition of the order , her money is taken by the Fraser’s group. Customer services cannot help due to that and Frasers won’t help unless SD help me first. I have attempted to get help from both parties but just get robot lists where my problem is not on the drop down. My son still has no boots. I’m a very disappointed customer

Deliveries ver slow. Items i ordered 7 days ago still not arrived. Items both have passed their estimated delivery date. Will return Items when/ if they do eventually arrive because they will be too late for an event.

Great range of branded clothes and footwear, great discounts and easy to ordering online. Would be 5 star but charging £4.99 to collect in store is pricey, as it's the same price for standard home delivery.

Had an online order that was too big. Had to pay £4.99 for it returning and another £4.99 to reorder in a bigger size. In total, one pair of trainers cost me almost £15 in return and delivery fees.

You charge £5 for someone to collect from store or £5 for home delivery. Then, the home delivery takes a whole week. Even Ebay is twice as fast as you. Wake up!

Great products and excellent discounts, but the delivery and return charges are a major downside. At the very least, returns, exchanges, or click-and-collect services through stores should be free.

What's even more frustrating is that there's no way to check stock availability at individual stores. This forces customers to choose home delivery, and if the item doesn't fit or isn't suitable, returning it can easily cost around £10 for no good reason.

The products and prices are great, but the delivery and return policies make the overall shopping experience much less appealing.

Package never arrived, it was sent to a parcel locket 200miles away from my home.
no way of contacting the company to ask why?

Customer service means to me customer calls and the phone is answered within 3 rings and you get to speak to a human who understands and is willing to fix the problem.

I ordered my trainers online and was very pleased when I received them. They were very comfortable which is what I expected priced at £145.

Looked up what I needed .payed for it & it was delivered very quickly. Great service & price

Paid extra for the DPD next day delivery. I get an email saying EVRI are expecting my order within 24 hours and will then arrange delivery. Contacted customer service who could do nothing except offer to refund the difference in delivery price once the goods were delivered. I chose next day delivery with a reputable delivery company and they have sent if with no timescale via Evri. Stay away from Sports Direct if you want things delivered as requested or want issues resolved.

Both items were too small despite following the size guide. I don't mean just a little too small either. Quite a difference to the other things I buy in these sizes.

Ordered 3 swimming costumes. 2 alright but 3rd didn't fit, really high on neckline as well. Wanted to return cross that would have to pay £4.99 to do so, couldn't return to store. Then shocked to find wouldn't accept return at all on swimwear. I can try on in shop but not if bought online! Ridiculous & unacceptable. No labels taken off still had liner in crutch. No difference to buying & trying in shop. At no time when ordering was i told wouldnt be able to return even if doesnt fit. Will never buy again online again from this company.

Big problem collecting runners from store. Even though they were in store I couldn't get them as I didn't have the 6 digit pin. Problem was SportsDirect never sent me the PIN!

I will never deal with them again as their customer service is atrocious. It's non-existant actually. I was left to deal with a bot.

No staff for customer service, little staff in store. Don't care about the customer. Never again.
