Delivery instructions not followed. There is a clear message in the window iimmediately in the window next to porch asking that parcels are left inside the porch. Thus is for a very good reason -the door opens outwards so parcels left on the step as this one was prevents the door opening forcing me to walk all round . In this case the parcel had been dropped on outside step preventing me from opening front door.

When my parcel was delivered the driver very polite and seemed happy. The delivery was ok I wish it was as good when one's trying to return the parcel to the company.
