i HAVE USED SHIPPO FOR PERIODIC PERSONAL MAILINGS. I NOTICED ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT A MONTHLY CHARGE OF $19 FOR A "PRO PLAN" THAT I DID NOT KNOWINGLY SIGN UP FOR. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL THIS PLAN FOR OVER A WEEK. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE BECAUSE THEIR FORMS REQUIRE THE NAME OF YOUR BUSINESS AND THE URL FOR YOUR WEBSITE. I HAVE NEITHER SO THE FORM WON'T SUBMIT. I FOUND A FORM THAT FINALLY SUBMITTED. I HAVE BEEN CHARGED $76 AND HAVE ONLY MADE 2 LABELS!! SHIPPO NEEDS TO ESTABLISH CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IS ATTAINABLE. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR THE $76.
Shippo responded and refunded my money!

Their customer service bot canceled my label without my permission
Added insurance to a Usps item and later read it wouldn't cover the contents anyway so wanted to cancel .
Their bot is faulty and initially said I didn't pay for insurance (a lie ), and then cancelled the complete label without me asking it to, or me giving it permission .
This has led to a mess with tracking and trying to get them to fix the issue,all because their customer bot is incorrect and did more than what it was asked .
I'd stay away and find a better provider who can actually assist when something goes wrong .

Terrible decision to use this app from…
Terrible decision to use this app from my Wix store, easy to set up , purchased shipping label no problem.. then immediately blocked my account l was unable to print the shipping label l purchased , customer service is non existent. Had to repurchase directly to Royal Mail .. still awaiting a response from shippo .. l would suggest not to use this company

0 Warning When Failures Occur
I scheduled a pickup through their website, only to find out after the pickup window that DHL never received the request.
Shippo support confirmed this was a known issue on their end they were investigating, but I received zero warning or notification before relying on the pickup.
The lack of proactive communication left me scrambling and completely changed my plans. They let me schedule a pick up, purchase postage, and gave me confirmation despite knowing their system was faulty. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be using Shippo again.

100% crooks - shady -- bait and switch -- beware!
100% crooks.
Showed me a price of $13.xxx - and charged $31.xx.
(3 other options were all below $20) I had picked the cheapest and it only become $31.62 AFTER I printed the label.
When I asked them to cancel the label (within about an hour) they offered to redund the money into my shippo account AFTER 14 days after the carrier confirms that I didn't ship anything. Wasted 30 minutes on Chat

SCAM! My package got lost in FL on June 9th but Shippo mysteriously charges me $34 in surcharge on June 22nd and falsely claimed its because the package was sent to San Pable, CA which they claim is farther away from Berkeley than across the country??? In the same email, he acknowledges that my package was lost June 9th in Jacksonville but the surcharge was justified for this invisible package??? I caught them lying to get extra cash from false surcharges and they only offered me CREDIT for the fraudulent $34. I looked at my invoice and all of my packages have arbitrary enormous surcharges!

I was supposed to get $50 for referring someone and they were also suppose to get $50 for spending $50 on labels. It was suppose to be automatic and instantly. I purchased like 10 more labels and I keep getting charged. It's all fake just so people can sign up
It doesn’t say that it says when the person I refer prints the first label I automatically get $50. It doesn’t clarify I have to spend $50 as well for both of us to get the $50 well anyway this was 2 days ago I am now way over the $50 in spending and I still haven’t received their credit.

Absolutely the worst customer support…
Absolutely the worst customer support around. They only communicate by email and Take hours to respond. You literally can not get them to phone you. If I could give a negative number I would.
