Absolutely idiotic login system. Does not work to reset a password - giant waste of time to use their online system.

Sam Zhang went above and beyond to get us out of a crisis. When are machines didn't arrive they day they were supposed to - a week before our event - Sam did everything in his power to rectify the situation and was extremely generous with his time and expertise.

The new machine was easy to set up. The updates are done automatically, which makes it less work for us and easier to use.

I was very pleased with April specifically. After multiple calls with different Moneris representatives, being given different information after the other, I only got to what I was asking for with April's help. She was patient with me and stayed until it worked for me. We actually got cut at some point and she didn't hesitate to give me a quick call back just to ensure everything is working on my end.

Had the pleasure of chatting with Ken today. I called late in the day and started with an apology. Two and a half years ago I signed on with Moneris, set up access and never touched the machine or website till today. When I have forgotten it all and lost the page of notes and passwords. I need reports for taxes that are well, really late. Me bad. We shared a chuckle and then started getting my issue resolved. I asked "your shift must be close to done" 20 minutes by the clock but I'm here till I get you fixed up. (Warm fuzzy) He checked out my settings, made some proactive suggestions, helped me navigate the website and machine for password resets and then made sure I could login to them. Answered my questions on several specific functions, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before allowing me to end the call. "I don't want to keep you late". No problem he says, I want you to be good with everything before we are done, and I could tell he meant it. This is how customer service should be done. He took ownership, confirmed the issues, resolved them while including me, and ensured my level of comfort and satisfaction with the outcome. And finished by making sure I felt welcome to call back at any time for anything. Wow!! That was such a treat compared to talking to a scripted person overseas.
