The actual worse
The actual worse. Spend the extra money so your package ACTUALLY gets to its destination. I was told about a month or so ago my package was lost and they would “check with the carrier for a claim” - 3 weeks later, still no answers and now they have to “check with the airline”. Why you ask? No idea. Save yourself the actual headache. Never again. This is the worse company ever and I cannot believe they have good reviews.

Stole my money
I generate a label, paid, I never received the shipping label through my email. I did message customer service, after waiting several hours. They responded that I need to confirm the shipping address, which I did, and were valid. After 24 hours I have not received a response or a label. I will be starting a credit card dispute. Do not use parcel monkey.
