This is the second order this week next…

This is the second order this week next day delivery that I haven't received.
Spent over £200 to not get the orders.
Cult beauty is proving to be very unreliable and dissatisfied is an understatement
I will shop elsewhere in future

Ordered £150 worth of products for next…

Ordered £150 worth of products for next day delivery. Have now waited 3 days and still no order,tracking still says can't deliver the order, got in touch with cult beauty and got told misinformation, just copy and paste responses basically they don't care.
This was a gift which now has left me with nothing to give and really embarrassed.
Am going to shop elsewhere as cb offer no real help just wait wait wait

Order was left outside a public area…

Order was left outside a public area when I was not at home and when I got back wasn't there.
A few messages with all beauty and I received a full refund!
Would definitely shop with them again prices are unbelievably cheap

I've now had two parcels not delivered…

I've now had two parcels not delivered cult beauty just give excuses as to why I can't have my money back.
I think I will order elsewhere as I'm getting increasingly annoyed at how cb deal with problems they offer no help just excuses customer service is awful

I ordered 4 things and evri have only…

I ordered 4 things and evri have only managed to deliver 1, I think someone is a thief and keeping the packages
How can evri manage to be this bad
I will contact the police to look into this further.
update my packages were pictured outside a random door which I have no idea where it is at 04.19 am after leaving this review about calling the police!
Seems very weird obviously the thief is worried evri how can you let me his happen
This has been reported to police crime number SP-124371-25-3636-IR04

I can't even begin to say how terrible…

I can't even begin to say how terrible evri are they don't deliver say they have tried and no one is home (a lie) say the address is inaccessible (a lie)
Missed the connection to the courier (a lie)
Different name same rubbish I've had a response but it is impossible to leave a voicemail CD someone call me as my tracking isn't updating

Normally love cb but just spent 175 to…

Normally love cb but just spent 175 to get the free gift sunny days bag only to find it was missing two main items,(which is why I spent that money to get them) so really disappointed and feel a bit cheated.
Was offered 15 account credit which is nowhere near the products I was missings value.... 3 days later haven't even got the credit!!!! Nice one cb

I've had such a terrible experience…

I've had such a terrible experience with beauty bay that I think everyone should know.
Ordered next day delivery on the 20th July never received goods wrote several emails all with abrupt rude responses stating I couldn't have a refund.
Now at 30 th July still haven't received my money back ,had to contact trading standards and clearpay to raise a dispute
Don't buy from them it's an awful service
Update 2 days later no refund or response to clearpay dispute or my emails querying why they have still kept £107 of my money and I have no goods to show for it
Now the 2nd of August and still no response to me via email or clearpay dispute now 2 weeks since I placed the order

Really annoyed I got sent a spin to win…

Really annoyed I got sent a spin to win and received a £25 voucher instantly placed an order and then got an email.to.say payment couldn't be taken despite the details being correct and funds in account.
I have been really put off cult beauty lately so much better sites out there so cb it's a no from me 670253548 order number

First time the driver tried to deliver to the wrong address rang dpd and was promised he would come back from 5.30 no luck there

My order was left in a public walkway outside my door by evri with no contact to say it was delivered.
I found it a few hours later completely wrecked looked like kids had played with everything

Ordered next day and not even…

Ordered next day and not even dispatched until next day.
This happens so much with beauty bay have had multiple orders just sat there not being dispatched.
Really disappointed with their service
Have just had a response that lays the blame with the courier!! This is ridiculous when the order wasn't even dispatched from beauty bay
How can a company lie and put the blame on someone else!!
If you want a smooth order experience don't buy here go elsewhere

Really pleased with my first box the soap is amazing so moisturising and smells 👌
The wax melts are highly scented also.
I've been reading some of the negative reviews and can't understand, everything was great.
Also why would someone think it was ok to say horrible things about the woman's face!!
Some people are vile

Received the bralette even after…

Received the bralette even after cancelling my subscription but the quality is soo bad.
The on that ass logo is stuck on the front of the bralette and has already come off and I've worn it once.
It's badly fitting it gives no support and is really uncomfortable

Brought two pairs of identical trousers just different colours same size same style one was 3 inches smaller on the waist than the other!!! How does that happen?
