Incorrect products shipped
I received my order of Jo Malone products. On openening the skin gel I found that shower Gel was enclosed in the packaging, this was the same for both items that I purchased. I then spent nearly an hour, initially to a chat bot and then to an individual, that ended with a promise that the items would be replaced. I added that this may be a batch issue and I was assured that replacements were on their way. Since the chat 2 days ago here has been no action and I will give it a further 3 days for this to be remediated. before I recontact the seller. Not impressed by the customer support, nor by the speed of resolution. he product were intended for use on a business trip and now I have to purchase again from a store that is more costly.

You promised shipping in less than 24 hours and it's already been 72 hours with nothing shipped!!!
You say shipping takes 7 to 9 business days. We're on the third day and it hasn't even been packaged yet.

My parcel was marked as delivered but never arrived. The team responded quickly, guided me through the investigation, and arranged a replacement parcel, which I received much sooner than expected.
