Stay AWAY! pharmamarket-uk.com Sells counterfeit shoes and has an intentional typo on their website showing “New Balnace” shoes and they send a cheap copy with “New Balance” printed on them.
When I reported they asked me to post it back to China for a partial refund or replacement.
I had to contact my bank to get payment reversed.

I booked a hotel through last minute website. While booking the website and their online chat were readily available. Once I booked , I had some questions about transportation and hotel queries and it was hard to contact last minute staff.
Once I went to hotel I realised people have got rooms for much cheaper than I paid as the hotel was quite old compared to how it was shown in pics in last minute website

They cheat!
Hotstar offered £20 per year subscription before Xmas and same amount was mentioned on their Facebook page and website.
However they took £79 from the bank card. Only on contacting them they agreed to refund the difference.
However the refund was not issued even after a month and when contacted again they said there was a “technical issue” and finally refunded the difference.
Very cheeky way of getting the customer to pay more!

Review of Reassured - Life Insurance
I enquired about Life Insurance through Cavendish and a got a call from reassured staff. He explained the policy details on the call and said while I can take time to go through and decide about whether to go ahead with the policy, he will set up Direct Debit to start from 30 days from today - so that I dont have to call him if I decide to proceed ahead.
However, I had a change of mind and wanted to cancel this policy after about 20-25 days. When I called Reassured on their number and informed that I want to cancel, the person on the call said he will forward my call to retentions team and hung up immediately. There was no re-routing done.
I called back again on the generic customer care number and as soon as I told my name and informed I want to cancel the policy, the other person said you'll get a callback soon. However I did not get a call back even after 2 days.
Not a good experience.
If you dont want people to call and cancel the policy then dont set up the direct debit or be courteous and accept that some customers may change their mind or their requirements may change.
