Waiting for refund since 4 months and still counting and emailing them non stop. I would give zero star if was an option.

I ordered some trainers from this website and the arrived in good time and were in perfect condition. I would order from this site again.

Bought New Balance trainers, but received poor quality counterfeits. No response from customer service to provide refund - fortunately AMEX stepped in. Subsequently received aggressive email from PharmaMarket "legal department". AVOID

I purchased blue New Balance trainers, took longer than expected to arrive so looked on reviews to see if it was a scam seen all the negative reviews which I wish I looked at before purchasing, so asked for a full refund low and behold as soon as I asked for a refund I got an email saying my trainers were on their way, yes I did receive but completely wrong trainers I ordered, I emailed Pharma Market to let them know and advised I was returning as they had sent incorrect trainers and asked them to pay for postage as it was their error, I was told NO you need to pay postage as our policy states if you no longer require, I will not be sending back as I fear I won’t get a refund company not trust worthy Instead I will use to walk the dog as that is all they are good for, this company is a joke and really wish I looked at the reviews before spending my money.

Presents itself as a UK firm with Royal Mail shipping in 48 hours. The trainers ordered took more than 3 weeks as they were shipped from China (NOT 48 shipped by Royal Mai. When they eventually arrived they were not boxed, they had no labels etc. so are clearly fake. The full refund option is to send back to China, which is not acceptable.
Avoid - any saving that you may get is due to the above.

These are criminals. I have reported them to the police. They only sell fakes. Do NOT buy anything from them.

DO NOT buy from this web site . Its saying Pharma market London but online it’s France ? But it will cost you £26.50 to send the wrong item back they sent you to CHINA . At you own expense .
It’s been a complete and utter shambles dealing with this online site .
I paid and ordered a size 5 they said Royal Mail will deliver . WRONG it came by EVRI ?
After numerous emails and eventually tracking EVRI down I got my trainers ? They sent a size 6 ?? With a card informing me that because of popular opinions that there sizes come up small they send you a larger size weather you ask for them or not ?? And if you not happy they give you 3 options ?
1- we will send you insoles to make them fit ?
2- we will give you £15.00 and you can keep them even though you paid £59.00 ? And there to big
3- you can send them to our warehouse in CHINA but it will cost you £26.50 of your own money .
Having had numerous emails with this company the only options that they give you is that you have no other choice but to take option 1 and sell them or give them away losing your money .
I do hope people read this review and it helps other people from buying from this company.
I’ve learnt my lesson and I’ll be going to a uk sports shop in the future and not on line we’re the customer service department do not speak or understand English when dealing with emails .

I would give zero stars if I could, they are awful DO NOT USE. I ordered new balance trainers and they were fake. They looked different to genuine ones and the QR code in the tongue brought you to a weird Chinese website. I fought them to return them and shipped them back to chjna through EVRI. I have sent them
The tracking number and they have been sitting in customs since July. They will not acknowledge the Emails from customs. They don’t care as they have their money and by not collecting them, they don’t have to refund me. This has been going on since June

I ordered 2 pairs of New Balance trainers that eventually arrived,from China, not in boxes. On opening the parcel I was shocked to find that they in no way represented the picture of the products Pharma Market UK were advertising.
The New Balance 327 in Moonbeam online picture showed the N logo stitched on, whereas the trainers that were delivered had a transfer N logo & were so obviously fake. Very much false advertising. Do not waste your money. It has just cost me £30.68 to return them to China even though they had falsely advertised the products.

I ordered a pair of shoes about 3 weeks ago, still waiting.
It is on transit forever and it is all over the places in the country every time I checked. Here and there.
I don’t think I will receive the product and lost my money

I have been waiting for a refund since April, I would advise anyone buying from this company, not to do so. There products are missleading and look nothing like the products on the website. The company will try and run rings around you. You need to be persistent and don’t let them throb you off. I would even give them one out of 5, it would be 0. Poor customers service too.

I would strongly advise against purchasing from this site. The goods are fake and poorly made. They do not give you your money back and make it very difficult to return items. They are not based in the UK. Please do not buy from this site unless you want to lose your money.

Completely wrong product sent. Atrocious quality. I ordered the image with burgundy leater "N" and light brown sole. What i recieved is a terrible quality remake, wrong colour, black sole. The "N" is mearly a stane on fabric rather than an actual part of design. Fabric and material not as described on the website. Took absolute ages to arrive and now they are preteding they have made no mistake! Not willing to issue a refund and offering pathetic amounts. Plus forcing you to pay for shipping and not admiting the have made a mistake. The trainers didn't even come in a box! Just wrapped in cheap plastic. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! One arm of neck fan not working properly but item replaced and provides great cooling even at lowest speed.

Stay AWAY! pharmamarket-uk.com Sells counterfeit shoes and has an intentional typo on their website showing “New Balnace” shoes and they send a cheap copy with “New Balance” printed on them.
When I reported they asked me to post it back to China for a partial refund or replacement.
I had to contact my bank to get payment reversed.

I ordered what I thought were New Balance Trainers from this company because all size 7 were out of stock from my local sports shops.
When the item arrived i could tell it was a poor copy of the original Brand and there was a note to say they had sent a size 8 for better fit.
I then realised they were advertised as New Balnance and not New Balance.
I therefore think this is a scam and tried to return the item for a refund .
I was offered a refund of £25 and keep the item or return to China at my own expense.
I refused this offer and have raised a chargeback with my credit card company and is awaiting the outcome.

Bought some New Balance Trainers. Website gave the impression it was a UK site. Delivery promised 48 hours. 3 weeks later item arrived. Not only were they fake, they sent a little note stating that they took it apon themselves to send a size 8 instead of a 6.5 and that for the inconvenience they will give 15% off the next purchase. Madness. They are refusing to refund, unless I pay for shipping back to China, and have offered £15 as compensation. Completely scam site - have learned my lesson, to check trustpilot for reviews next time.

i'm mortified by the way this company treats their customers. I'm an elderly disabled lady and need a certain trainer for my bad foot. I was recommended by a medical professional to use Pharma market for these new balance trainers. the trainers eventually arrived two weeks later after they offer 48hr shipping. They were the wrong colour sole completely and it's the smallest size 4 I've ever seen in my life.. when asked for return, I was told if l keep them they will give me £15 for Goodwill. What sort of company does that after I've told them the trainers were of no use to me as they were incorrect? They now expect me to return them to China at my expense and when they've investigated them, they will let me know. No mention of when I get my refund what a shameful company please don't purchase from these people. God knows if I'll never see my money back and there is no way I should be paying to return them in this case.
