96 hrs to get references sorted on a bankholiday weekend, communicated situation to open rent. Depost returned, takes 5 days, luckily our tenant had enough money to pay another deposit to finalise a day later. They ignored us, automated system. Can't talk to anyone direct. Not set up to help landlords, alot of dodgy people out there. Not helping us.

The entire process with Openrent was easy to manage, professional and smooth. I do not understand however why they have to hold onto the rent for at least 10 days before transferring it onto the landlord as I would have preferred to received this straight away.

Easy to use. Quick to update your details and requirements. Very informative and easy to follow instructions for each stages.
More pros than cons compared to traditional letting agents . Extra simple work and time needed but saves approx. 10 times in fees!

I've been using Openrent for a number of years, they have a very slick service. You need to have the ability to filter out the tenants that may not be suitable at an early stage, using the filters provided by Openrent greatly helps.

Many of the viewing requests are not carried out as Open rent system does not allow conversation on the mobile to set up viewings.

Openrent have increased their prices considerably used to be £ 28 for landlord now gone up to £ 99 for exactly same service
