This was my first time using the system. Loved that it gave me ideas about flights w/ various airlines BUT THEN the send off for the actual booking was abrupt, without all the info I needed and continued to be problematic.

The fare I clicked through on was £40 higher by the time I actually reached the airline's checkout page. Happened twice in the same week, so not a one-off glitch.

Can you please thank Bea for me.... I have just been diagnosed with cancer and she referred me back through Qantas as i can't travel ... but Bea was so kind and wanted me to let her know how i go... I actually had tears in my eyes as she was so beautiful and really made a difference to my day.
