Jake the customer service agent was very helpful professional and gave me very clear advice Indigo have a very competitive price structure I am a customer of Indigo a few years now. Appalling customer service They make it extremely difficult to contact them I was promised a referral reward for referring a new customer Who took out a contract with virgin media 3 months later nothing.. Lots of better deals/fast fibre out there Typical example of a big company forgetting about their customer's when the contract is signed Profit and greed before a proper customer care charter Give virgin media a wide berth. Virgin media have recently sent me their many contact methods.. They all keep you waiting for hours No solid real world customer care

I only write negative reviews when I have a real world negative experience I am a Professional We had a very unusual high volume of rain This compromised " the structure of our guttering system " NOT from the lack of basic maintenance, on the contrary we had grills fitted to our guttering to prevent leaves / moss debris from clogging up our guttering system to " maintain " the easy flow of water.. The unusual heavy rain " fractured "our guttering joint .Causing a major volume of water to constantly flow against our external wall causing dampness to seep into our kitchen. We called our insurance company " PCL POLICY EXPERT?" for assistance..they said it was our own fault re not maintaining our guttering. Please see my guttering maintenance sentence above.. Very poor customer care pcl policy expert? Home insurance let us down with vulnerable asthmatics living in our household. I would definitely not recommend this company No customer care charter..

Having had the opportunity to speak with our claims team about this, they have confirmed that the surveyor who attended the property advised that the gutters to the front and rear of the property were blocked with leaves and moss due to a lack of maintenance. Following your dispute of this, our team reviewed the available evidence and had reached the same verdict and so this claim was declined.

Unfortunately after being a loyal customer for 18 months with TALK TALK.. I am at the recieving end of Brutal customer service Extremely punitive when a customer is trying to leave / end contract My contract ended on the 13th of June 2023 Nearly 2 hours on the phone with 4! Different service agents trying to simply end a contract They still send me a bill of £48 ! on the 23rd of July! It's like a free for all primitive company no co ordination between departments very poor customer service atrocious company I would never recommend TALK TALK to anyone
