I was attempting to complete my new policy quote and pay the premium as displayed. The website would not allow the premium to be paid and I had a couple of questions regarding the terms and conditions. I called to speak to a representative, once my questions were answered I asked to pay. I was told that there would be an additional £12:50 charge. Ridiculous money grabbing nonsense.

Let down by lack of response
Upon receiving my renewal invite for the forthcoming year I contacted you by email using your 'contact us' link to ask if the fitting of security camaras would have any affect on my quote. I never got a reply. My policy has since been renewed. I am happy with the product, it's just a shame your lines of communication do not work.

Would not recommend watch out
Would not recommend watch out! Tried to update my reg number online which did not work. Had to use live chat to be the told "I'm so sorry changes to the policy are charged at £30 on top of any premium for the change" come on its 2027 make the feature work and no way should it cost!!!

Urgently needed insurance.
So quick and easy to get a quote and then start the policy. I was going to go with the insurer I have been with for years, but decided to do a price comparison as my usual insurer was having computer problems and could not give me a quote or insure me for my new car. This was not the cheapest quote but it was the most comprehensive. I am happy with the level of cover and it meant I could drive the car I had just purchased immediately.
