Great service, great products

Unbelievably awful support from this company. I returned a package to them but for some reason it wasn’t processed so returned by ups. UPS are trying to charge me for the return. APC said they’d deal with it and despite chasing many times they have not. I am now being charged by UPS a late payment fee!!!! Never will I shop with this company again.

Skipped a box that was then delivered! Except because I’d skipped it on my app, and therefore didn’t choose the meals, they chose random meals for me! That I then had to pay £45 for.

Terrible customer service who then didn’t believe me and told me to freeze the food or give to neighbours if I didnt want it!

They did give me some money off in the end but no substitute for terrible service.

Love this shop, I buy online and their customer service and comms is excellent.

Paid for carpet in February and am still waiting for fitting date. Emailed and called and getting no responses :-(

Refund not given after a month, tried emailing and after no response had to go via PayPal. I eventually got a very unhelpful email from them but had to wait for PayPal to resolve. I do not recommend, they have been unhelpful and unfriendly.

High quality logs and bricks with super speedy delivery. The logs are the driest I’ve tried, the burn well without smoking. Highly recommend.

I paid for the express delivery but was a bit sceptical that it would be done in time. I think in the end it was built and tested in around three days and delivered by five. The laptop is great. The level of personalisation that I was able to do meant that I got to a laptop spec that was exactly what I wanted, no need to compromise on Ram, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Communication was excellent. They have a laptop built workflow process that shows what your laptop build process is and what stage it is at including a named engineer. At every key stage you are notified that your job is progressing. Perfect!
