Hartford shirts are made of the most beautiful cotton and I love my new shirt. It can be hard to gauge your size when you buy on line and I wish I had bought a size down for this shirt.

I like the clothes and webpage layout, and understand that it’s a French clothing company, but the default language always switch back to french and the language switch is not easy to find so it could be quite frustrating.

I have been a longtime fan of Hartford, but a recent experience has changed that.

I ordered pants in a size 54 that were clearly mislabeled. What should have been a simple return became a prolonged negotiation. I was repeatedly asked for additional photographs, measurements, and information, all while trying to obtain the most basic resolution: a refund and complimentary return shipping for incorrectly marked merchandise.

I have closed major deals in Hollywood with greater ease than it took to return these pants. The level of customer service was simply unacceptable for a brand of Hartford’s reputation.

Unfortunately, because of how this was handled, I will no longer be shopping with Hartford.

Aways quality clothing, garments arrived in a timely manner.

The fits are perfect, I like the Hartford style and the returnprocedure is correct although it takes a while as products have to be returned to France

The dress I bought is very nice, but the size was much bigger than I expected. According to your measurement guide I should have order size 4, but I have another dress from you in size 3, so I ordered size 3. Size 2 would have been a better size for me.

Hartford are pretty much the only casual shirts I buy. They fit perfectly and always look elegant. Delivery from Europe is faster than most local deliveries. I probably have around 15 of them now, which is the highets accolade I can give.
