A week and a half has gone passed, you and evri have ignored my messages, only DX have had the courtesy to reply and I have actually spoken to a real person.
Along with full refund including a extra delivery charge you made when stating that delivery was free, false advertising, I will be claiming compensation for a number of things including storage of defective item, your responsibility to arrange collection as soon as damage informed, which was same day as delivery yet you are telling us it has to fit in within your time frame.
You ask for information as to why I give such a review.
I find this something of an insult. You have a multitude of messages between myself and your Customer Services. Twice we arranged delivery of replacement goods and twice you reneged on the contract and did not deliver, then multiple message from asking can I give you a time/date AGAIN. You have a very limited access to make contact, I ended up going through Messenger as I kept getting was 'Sorry we are busy at the moment, we will get back you as soon as possible.
I could add screenshots of the messages here I would.
