Lost my parcel as no tracking provided in YEEP locker. They can be opened up by a random passer by just by selecting a number after you have left too!

The worst!
Why do people still use Royal Mail when there are so many alternatives these days? Probably convenience of post offices... I myself get tempted. However their service is continuing to go downhill (when you think it can't get worse it does!!!). I will put more effort into not using Royal Mail in the future

Beware of HP Smart printer products
Beware of HP Smart printer products! Please be careful, it is made to trick you into spending more money for simple printing. Also you are unable to print or scan without installing the app and logging in, but the app is so incredibly clunky and never works well. They still haven't fixed the issues over many years. I would go as far as saying that it is a scam!

It's actually really good!
At first I was sceptical of this programme but once I did the trial I realised it is actually super informative. I have been ttc for over a year now and I am a research addict so I thought I wouldn't end up learning anything new. But I totally did and the information was presented in such a way that I am excited to implement it! I just wish there were more options for payment as it's a lot of money to pay in one go. A monthly subscription would work better for me.
