Awful company to purchase through, especially if in the UK.
My suitcase arrived damaged. I complained and shared photos instantly and was told they had to go through the courier claims service for this.
The form was not easy to navigate online and I had no printer but managed to add a signature... They state that it's a long process and you aren't likely to hear anything until they hear back.
It has been months since this happened. I've chased up and been told again "still no news" essentially. Still no refund of money for a damaged item.
Awful. I ended up without a suitcase for my holiday and out of pocket by quite a large sum of money! Absolutely awful service. The customer service team are very rude and unhelpful. DO NOT USE.

I had a great experience with Wardow. I've found a bag, that I wanted for the best price and made an order. Unfortunately, I haven't updated the address on my payment method and headed to the support to change it. The support agent told me it wasn't possible and suggested to cancel the order and make a new one. I did so and got the bag in 2 days. I was suspicious reading the negative feedback, but my experience was positive both in the best price and in getting support. The product was genuine, new, very well packed. My wife is happy with the present.
