Complete disappointment!
They delivered the wrong product. My girdt message was not answered for 3 days. I called so many times. No one picks up the phone. A week later ı received the return label snd sent the product back. They received it but I still couldn’t get my refund. I called them every day, no one picks up. No response to my emails either.
After more than 2 weeks of struggle, I received an email confirming the expected refund. Let’s hope that will be the case.

Btw, I found the same brand, similar luggage for €15 less in Amazon so I ordered an received with no issues in 3days.

My final advice, “Stay away from this company”.

I placed an order on the Bagage24nl website (2721944) by mistake and tried to cancel it before it was sent. There is no cancel button on their website, so I tried to call customer services many times, but they never answered the calls. I have sent three emails and received no answer as well. Now I have to pay for the delivery to send the item back, because this company doesn ' t have a customer service that works? Never again...avoid if you can.

Avoid this company if you expect reliable customer service. I ordered a suitcase that was supposed to arrive several days before my vacation, but it arrived only one day before my flight. The problem was that the suitcase was locked with a code and could not be opened at all.

Customer service works only until 4 PM, so when I discovered the issue after 5 PM while packing for my trip the next day, it was impossible to contact anyone. I had no choice but to urgently buy another suitcase in the city center and return the original one to Bagage24. The sending cost was €21, they refused to refund it.

I explained the entire situation by email and also tried calling customer service more than 10 times, but nobody answered. Their response was that they would not pay back the €21 because I “did not contact them before sending the return.” That makes no sense because contacting them outside their business hours was impossible.

Instead of trying to understand the situation or take responsibility, they looked for excuses to avoid helping the customer. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer support.

Onvriendelijke antwoorden, geen uitleg. Ondanks betalingsbewijs krijg ik na dagen wachten alleen terug dat de terugbetaling “handmatig is gedaan” — terwijl ik gewoon mijn koffer wilde. Telefonisch totaal onbereikbaar. Slechte en klantonvriendelijke webshop.
Payment was taken immediately, but half an hour later I received an email saying the payment had “failed” and my order was cancelled. I then had to keep emailing them just to get any response. Replies were rude and offered no explanation. Even after sending proof of payment, I only got a message days later saying the refund had been “processed manually” — while I simply wanted the suitcase I ordered. They never pick up the phone.

Very poor and unfriendly customer service. Would not recommend this webshop at all.

I bought a bag at Bagage24 for €375. Immediately after that, I saw the same bag at Wardow for €265, with a 30% discount using the code SPOOKY.
I emailed Bagage24 to ask if they could do something about this so I wouldn't have to return the bag, which would ultimately be a win-win, also for Bagage24. (Some companies even ask customers to notify them when they see an item cheaper elsewhere, so they can compensate them for the price difference, but not Bagage24.)

To my surprise, a day later, Bagage24 also offered a 30% discount on this bag with the code SCARY. Very childish and customer unfriendly.

I purchased 3 AMERICAN TOURISTER bagages from this website. Only after 2 trips, my big bagage teared apart and the company said that it is not covered by the warranty. I believe the material was not strong enough that it didn’t even work for two trips.

This is misleading to the customer.
After 3 (working) days, the order status is... "Not shipped".

Always the right product that was picked and delivered to my door in a fast way even the delivery drivers are friendly. BAGAGE24 Iis a company you can trust.

I was initially skeptical about purchasing from this site due to the reviews on Trustpilot. However, I decided to order a Coach bag, and I'm pleased to say it arrived on time and appears to be authentic, matching the quality of my other Coach bags. The bag was well-packed by Coach, but I was disappointed that it didn't come in a Coach box too. Given the price, I expected more attention to the packaging from Bagage24 to enhance the luxury feel. While the product itself is great, the packaging could have been better.

Good quality travel bags for good price, it was delivered on time with track and trace. I recomend this web shop!
