Absolutely brilliant company browsing on Google looking for a certain ecig pod because I was isolating through illness I came across Vape & Go and clicked onto their website amazing seriously!! Brilliant range of ecigs nic salts whatever you're looking for but best of all brilliant prices from special offers to pods that ive been buying for a while thinking I was getting a bargain to seeing the prices on here didn't have to think twice from paying £15 for a battery and 3 pods most of the time I just wanted the pods which were £5 each basically for the price of 6 pods plus a couple of pounds i can buy 10 pods not on offer that's their normal price you seriously can't go wrong order over £35 free delivery plus your order is delivered in a couple of days to your door. Ive recommended the company to friends and relations all said the same thing made up with the quality price and service check it out you can't go wrong

Still waiting for delivery of order from DPD was due 2/4/26 but couldn't be delivered so delivery was due to be 7/4/26 I decided that rather than have to wait in again all day waiting for DPD to contact me im now collecting my order from Morrisons. I love Vape&Go and the ease of ordering and navigating around the site and the price definitely is brilliant the offers online are well worth checking out. Definitely hasnt put me off ordering again im just annoyed at the length of time it took DPD to actually tell me when I could expect my order.

I actually dread deliveries from Evri and when ordering goods if I realise delivery is by Evri I cancel the item. I thought it was bad before they rebranded but no now its far worse!! Keep getting a message saying left in outside porch!! No its been left in the street for anyone walking by to pick it up and walk away with it. Ive complained numerous times so have my friends and neighbours to no avail you get the same message passed your concerns on to the local delivery manager!! Hermes were the butt of many jokes complaints etc etc . We pay for a service when ordering items which isn't fit for purpose seriously. I live in Sheltered housing our managers have actually seen Evri driver pull up outside the main building on the estate open his side door deposit deliveries for the full estate on the pavement get back in his van and drive off I kid you not that happened a few times which meant they then had to contact residents and tell them where their parcel was!! Then you get the email please rate your delivery!!! After watching a programme on tv about Evri in another part of the country I could associate with everything that was said. We've had some lovely couriers who were on time really pleasant their to do their job but all too often you get couriers who quite honestly couldn't give a damn!! And then when your parcel goes missing you have to fight to get a refund.

Delivery on time lovely young lady made the delivery professional but also really friendly. 1st class delivery definitely. These days with some of the other carriers I dread delivery time and what exactly is going to happen definitely not with DPD thank you from a very grateful customer

Had a few problems getting broadband installed not down to openreach at all but because of where I live we have a speech module which we can answer the door on or connect to managers or call for help openreach had to make certain that by installing full fibre they weren't going to hinder the speech module I think that's brilliant very responsible and person lead rather than all about company and profit etc top marks for that!! And the engineer who installed my broadband today Kelly what a lovely young lady brilliant at her job but also had a chat with me explained everything she needed to do she's an absolute credit to openreach definitely. The whole process didn't take as long as I expected everything set up properly with the minimum of fuss professional too but just a really nice person it was a pleasure to meet her. Onwards and upwards now hopefully just set my new eero hub up followed the guide no problem very easy to understand as well. Thank you open reach

Local courier regular lady Carol delivers parcels on our sheltered housing estate she knows people now she's always very friendly and polite even when the weather is dreadful and she's soaked still has a smile on her face she's always on time as well. You get to know someone and trust them too

First time I've used AO from start to finish a very positive experience ordered a washing machine yesterday it was delivered less than 24hrs later. The two lads who delivered fitted and took away my old washing machine were brilliant an absolute pleasure to meet them very professional but with the personal touch as well. Would recommend AO to family friends and even strangers.

Enjoyed the shopping experience found a couple of gifts for friends for Christmas right price nice goods and the process of buying items is so easy too.
