It is very difficult putting on a stamp. I managed to do it on a few cards then I did some more and it allows me to put a picture on but does not let me save it.

Had a voucher after last holiday which expired very quickly. Asked if they would honour it but no. Thought they might have done for a loyal customer

Easy to use and excellent choice of layouts etc. finished product looks good. It would have been 5 stars but I would prefer it if the ‘add text here’ box was bigger and bolder. It is so easy to accidentally put one on a page and leave it there unused but then it comes out on the printed page if you don’t spot it. I went through the preview over and over again and spotted so many of them that I deleted. However I couldn’t believe that I STILL missed one! Very disappointing. If they were easier to spot then they would be easier to remove before going to print

This rating is in relation to the total lack of acknowledgement to my letter of complaint. Since I posted this here I have received a reply to my letter - thank you. I appreciate that.

My friend booked it for me so I had nothing to do except make a few decisions about flights

However we subsequently had an email telling us to pay a huge chunk of money more within 24 hours. If it was that urgent then we should have had a phone call. Also being told that our flights are non refundable but that the holiday is not guaranteed. We are now in a sticky situation.

Gillian in Staines was really polite, efficient, helpful and friendly. Staines hadn’t got the carpet I wanted to see so she found out that Feltham had. So we went to Feltham but it wasn’t actually quite right. Because Gillian was so good we went back to Staines to buy the carpet from Gillian. She was not long back from furlough so was learning the new IT system but she was still very thorough and helpful. We would go back to her at Staines for future carpets.

These bottles are amazing. I put lots of ice in it then cold water. After 24 hours some of the ice was still there and the water was so cold. Even in South Africa at 37°. I like my water always cold so the bottle is amazing.

Passion fruit purée came in a pouch then packaged in a huge box which was wasteful. The purée was nice but quite sour.

Had a few delivery issues but they were resolved and I got it in time for my event.

Always efficient and works well. It is easier to identify when a card is about to expire, it used to be much worse so this has improved. It is very easy to use and to top up and is extremely easy to keep track of your spending while you are away. I have 5 cards and am pleased that I can do this as it allows me to keep different holiday funds separated.

I appreciated the recent email about travelling in Europe post BREXIT as it contained useful information.

The main thing I find frustrating is that it seems to work differently depending which device I use. It is different on the iPhone, on the iPad and the PC. Sometimes I can add several photos and see them so I can write a caption on each on another device the photos can’t be shown so I could end up writing the wrong caption on the picture. So I have to add each photo one at a time. Then sometimes I add the photos and it won’t give me a chance to write a caption at all.

I also wish there was an edit function a short while after posting because sometimes I see an error I would like to put right. Once I posted a review on the wrong place, it was a property with the same name and there was no means of deleting it. I was anxious to delete it as soon as I realised so as not to adversely affect the property‘s rating.

I like the quality of the calendar and it is a reasonable price but I was disappointed that ALL the rollercoasters were photos of people very close up on the coaster. There were no pictures of the whole coaster or several elements of the coaster, just one small section. I have previously had calendars from ACE but thought I'd try this one as it was cheaper. Not sure I will buy another as I prefer the variety of photos on the ACE calendar

The end product was very good but not cheap. Unfortunately every time I tried to do the calendar I downloaded photos but some were not accepted as poor quality but I did not know this until I got to the preview stage. I then had to abandon the project, find new photos then had to upload ALL the photos again, not just the new ones. I wish it would save a draft with the photos that were OK already saved. I had to restart it about 5 times. I have used your software about 5-6 times now but with this anomaly might try another company next year, especially as I now also have to pay postage as there is no longer a Jessopsstore to collect from.
