Issues with stamp

It is very difficult putting on a stamp. I managed to do it on a few cards then I did some more and it allows me to put a picture on but does not let me save it.

Thank you for your feedback. Personalised stamps in the top right-hand corner of the card are not permitted for all destinations by postal services. However, you can still place one in the top left-hand corner of the card. Please contact support@simplycards.com for further details.

Still a month delivery to the US from France

Wasn't given the free credit on signing up, and it took a whole month for the postcard to be delivered to the US from France. Based on previous reviews, the situation has not improved.

Great app for personalised cards

A great app, very simple to use and fairly swift delivery of cards. I have used it worldwide without a problem. Considering the current cost of postcards and postage in the UK it represents good value.

Card quality is fantastic, but...

Card quality is fantastic. But one month delivery time to the US is too long.

International postal traffic from Europe has been extremely slow due to customs restrictions imposed by the United States. This situation, combined with the holiday season, has led to significant congestion in postal traffic. The situation is now improving, even we are still experiencing delays with the US.
