Superb customer service. The company made contact with us after reading the last review we submitted citing the broken component. They acted so swiftly and have, at no cost to ourselves, replaced the entire chest high is in perfect condition. Could not be happier with this company’s attention to detail and service. Lovely chest. Just what we wanted.
Delivery communication was scant.
Not sure the product description made it clear this was, in fact, flat pack requiring construction. Inevitably in flat pack items several screw holes did not align properly. One component of the chest was broken, my husband fix this as we couldn't face the rigmarole of returning the goods.
All of this surprising, and a tad disappointing, at the price point.
We are happy with the finished product.

Having seen the product I procrastinated before making a purchase. My original order arrived and whilst extremely comfortable I was disappointed with the style which gave me a ‘mono boob’ look. HOWEVER, through an aside comment to the company (not an overt complaint) I am astonished at the brilliant customer service that was committed to ensuring, at no extra cost, I received a product that I wanted. The replacement style arrived, at no additional cost to me, and they are such a success! Just what I wanted. Fantastic customer service from Chloe!

Waited an hour to get through after repeated failed calls. Unable to confirm an on-line account ~ nightmare for £11 a month!!!!

Have to say I am pleased with my two items. Took 9 days to arrive but the tracking info showed this fully. Yes, it has come from China but mine is certainly NOT rubbish.

Beautiful flowers! Always use the letterbox range and each recipient has said how lovely the flowers are.

Gorgeous jacket half price. Arrived promptly (although never did receive the Post Office tracking number).really pleased with the jacket. Purchased one size up, a 14 rather than normal 12, to ensure winter jumpers would fit under it comfortably. Not sure this was needed but have no intentions of returning it! Jacket has substance but is not uncomfortably stiff. Great purchase!

Beautiful bedspread arrived four days after placing the order (on a Sunday too!). Absolutely thrilled with the item and spent an inordinate amount of time debating whether to have the soft white side or gorgeous silver grey side on show! Decided in the end to fold it back decorously to expose both colours.
Really pleased with the quality of the bedspread and it is a perfect size. Astonishing sale price ~ actually think this is good value at the full price!

Our courtyard room, with it’s elegant four-poster bed, was very pleasant indeed. Lovely size room, super bathroom (huge twin sinks!) ~ all as warm as toast. The hotel has a super atmosphere combining formality with a more relaxed approached very effectively. The place was very tidy and clean throughout and the staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Fabulous location for getting into the Forest of Dean and enjoying it’s beautiful vistas.

Great top. Just the right amount of sparkle for me. Good to wear at this time of year to a ‘gathering’ where you are unsure of how dressed up it might be. Teaming it with palazzo black velvet trousers and looks good with a little black short shirt too.

Really pleased with these. Great relaxed fit but not too baggy. Super fabric which doesn’t crease badly either ~ even after laundering them!
