Quality Products - Outstanding Customer Service
I would like to highlight this Australian owned and runned business for their outstanding customer service. I am a repeat customer and will order again.
I ordered a wide variety of unique items from their beetroot flatbreads, smoked kalamative olives, and even Dubai melting moments cookies.
In placing a call for help placing this order, this company really does care and makes me feel special for ordering.
Our numerous items were shipped really quickly, which is a bonus and appreciate how the items were packaged with their company logo seal and a perso aliased message.
I just received our second order yesterday and cannot wait to order again. We are not affiliated with this company in any way, other than being a very satisfied customer.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email or replies to my emails asking for tracking information, which concerned me. Customer service reached out after my initial review to provide me with the information I needed. All was well and the package was delivered just fine, though it was later than expected.

Disappointing
I received a hamper for Christmas from my sister and I wouldn’t tell her because I don’t want to upset her but all the biscuits in the hamper are bags of crumble. It was very disappointing.
