Extremely Poor Comms
Hadn't used the service in years but decided to try again. Signed up last week, picked my meals etc. and my delivery date. Food hadn't turned up by 4pm on delivery day. Checked app - Could still see order. Checked tracking showed still packing. Phoned up and was informed that actually my payment hadn't gone through.
I got no notification of this despite the phone operator telling me I would have been text and emailed. Sitting here now with no food for the week after planning my week around the delivery and no other meal prep etc. done.
Cancelled my service. Didn't' receive an email iniitally for the cancellation but found it was in my spam. Checked back on my spam incase thats where other emails went but nothing there (Gmail)

SECURITY & SYSTEM ISSUES
I joined up, created account, started an order but bailed as it wanted payment before I chose my order.
I thought I would re log in and start the order again.
Despite 3 welcome emails to my email I couldn't log in
Rang customer service and they said I was not in the system despite the emails I was getting.
So WHO DID I GIVE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS TOO?
This is a major security issue.
Youfoodz just have up.
NOT RECOMMENDING THEM.
SECURITY and system integrity is compromised.

Besides the consistently great taste…
Besides the consistently great taste the quantities for the price is a no brainer. The variety anables my partner & I to continue to order our favourite dishes. I bake each meal in the oven in a 20min fanforced oven and sometimes add some garlic butter, it livens up the rice . I may also add parmesan cheese , All in all its also a total budget saver & less time in the kitchen Cheers Tom

There's lots to love about Youfoodz
There's lots to love about Youfoodz, really enjoy the variety of dishes on offer, the time it saves shopping & cooking for just the two of us. I feel it could be improved in a couple of ways such as feedback from customers and use by dates. I've tried to send an idea I had to help customers to identify when receiving a bulk order the use by order that should be observed but there's no obvious way to send it via the website. The food is generally of a very high quality however the use by dates being so close together in each order dispatched can lead to meals either needing to be wasted or frozen (really are not as good). I'd like to discuss my idea with someone 🤷♀️ after sending messages suggesting this I've given up.

Perfect portion size and meal…
Perfect portion size and meal selections that suit my husband and I. It's always very tasty and good quality. We order for both our weekday lunches as well as a few extras for breakfast and dinner when we know we have early starts or are going to be home late. With our delivery on a Saturday morning it allows us to plan out our week before we visit the green grocer for the extras we may need.

Will not be making further orders
The first two boxes were alright the last one came with eight dinners plus a free drink.. I have lost my email of what was ordered but was sure what was received is not it, any way it was accompanied by a $100 voucher for wine, plus a offer of two orders with doordash with 50% off..I have found in life anything offered for 'free' is generally paid for double the price..getting back to the meals received in this box first one, use by date 6/09/26 chicken cacciatori, beans, potatoes and peas were obviously frozen vegetables not cooked. The sliced chicken was very dry and sauce almost none existence, only ate half, the next meal was pesto chicken, Lots of sweet potato more beans etc, chicken very dry once again pesto sauce minimum so I spiced it up a bit with other sauce but once again didn't enjoy it...I am not too confident of what the other meals are going to be like , in consequence I am not making another order..I will not be using vouchers from youfoodz or door dash.

I only had the chicken based and found…
I only had the chicken based and found a couple too spicy for myself but otherwise very enjoyable.
My husband had the beef, pork lamb meals. He enjoyed the vegetables but didn’t enjoy the meats and found difficulty in getting right temp. Veg hot at recommended time meat cold
