Great tasting food that is ready in minutes. Fresh not frozen.

I liked the food but was continually overcharged. For the last 3 weeks I was charged for the 'free' add on and the total charged was up to $18 more than stated on the order. I was forced to cancel as it was too stressful to check and have to deal with the overcharging every week. I advise you to watch the billing

Awful. Would not recommend.
Nothing like images. Very bad tasting. VERY small stingey servings, even the big ones, certainly not worth the money.
Terrible quality and the menu changes every week so sometimes you have to get things you dont even want. Got over it on my first week, and wish i didnt order my second box.
These meals do not hit, and you do ont feel like youve eaten a nutritious meal at - you crave a normal home cooked meal. Energy has been depleted and certanily not cost effective - you still need to buy other food to fill the gaps their meals miss, making groceries bills bigger than normal.
Yeah you save time, but thats it.. you compromise everything else.

If YouFoodz and InDebted spent half as much time resolving genuine customer concerns as they do sending lengthy text messages, they might have retained a long-term customer.
After weeks of unnecessary contact and failure to provide clear, verifiable proof of any actual debt linked to the date they claimed, I’ve decided to end all dealings with both companies. YouFoodz made a poor decision engaging InDebted as their collection agency — all over a $64.94 charge that could have easily been clarified with proper communication and customer care.
InDebted’s approach feels automated and impersonal, with little regard for context or fairness. They appear to operate on the assumption that “the business is always right,” leaving no room for genuine resolution.
I would not recommend engaging with either company. If an issue arises, do not agree to payment plans without full verification, and be aware that once InDebted is involved, reasoning or common sense seem to disappear from the process.

Youfoodz is really amazing food. We LOVE it! Saves time and offers variety. Tastesnpretty good and the shipping and delivery is also pretty good!
PROBLEM is their website and App! OMG! Force a rating of previous orders before I can buy again. No search facility so I cannot search "curry" it seems to be all locked into some routine ordering sequence and whilst you can change your routine orders - it appears so tricky and next minute we can fi d the dishes we want but cannot add it to any list - just read all about it - " look but cant buy" because ... ???
So mega frustrating. Ruins the buying experience. Spend waaay too long navigatig back n forth to get aishes added. Ughhhh .....
Puts a bad taste in your mouth!
But hey when I eventually hit "buy" and I sort of have sort of what I sort of want ... then it is smooth sailing paying, shipping, delivery and consuming :-)

Doing business with these guys is a liability to your credit reputation,
My first order was due 12pm then got delayed to 7pm I called them and said I’m leaving on holiday I won’t be able to receive it after hours.
Sure enough it got delivered and taken by someone, they chasing me for the $109 and threatened to sell the debt to collectors.
Absolute scum this company.

Just tried the Smokey Chicken & Bacon Potato Salad with Roasted Corn. Absolutely disgusting!! Few tiny pieces of bacon and slices of chicken, very sub-standard potato salad - finished off with loads of corn as main ingredient. As a new customer, if this is the standard of meals I won't be a customer for very long!!

I ended up on this page because I tried to order youfoodz and it wouldn’t let me select the day I wanted my first order it just defaulted to Saturday and wouldn’t let me change so I cancelled it and now I’ve just been charged and told my order is coming tomorrow - cannot even log a support ticket I’m so disappointed because I was so excited to use them

Subpar food quality. Most of the dishes don't have nearly enough sauce/curry so it's mostly completely plain, unseasoned chicken and plain pasta. Couldn't finish a lot of them,

Repetitive meals, pushy sales calls, sending orders I don't want or ever asked for then threateningly demanding payment.

I am being harassed with invoices for food I have not ordered and never received. I never approved any orders. The emails I receive are daily all hours and I have tried contacting them with no response I have written another review stating the same thing they replied to that review stating they would love to help but again I was never contacted nor was I left with a way of contacting them. This company is horrendous be careful using them!!! The date on this is only a guess I need to look it up

Their pre-selected meals are ALL so disgusting that they make us throw up! I am not even joking, they make them so horrible and on purpose put them as default. I missed to change my selection this week and tried reaching them within 4 hours on chat. I was informed that there is a "16 hour" grace period. Great! Tried cancelling as I was within the grace period. The chat just kept repeating there is a 16 hour grace period but would not let me change or cancel the order.
I need to throw away $130 worth meals this Saturday as everyone at home hates these pre selected meals. Cancelled my subscription as I didn't like that I was not allowed to use the grace period. Never subscribing again as it is not worth the hassle as they don't have customer support. All they could have is a button to cancel/change order within 16 hours (if they do have a grace period as they claim) - how hard is that??

Initially sounded like a great idea. Kids loved the food, to a degree. As a working parent, it did come as a great relief. But Here's why we stopped after just 1 week of trial:
1. No veggies in any of the pasta and butter chicken dishes, mostly protein and carb
2. Not enough sauce in pasta dishes
3. Sometimes salty
4. Packing still in plastic, in this day and age. And asking us to reheat the food in those plastic containers
5. My children started to have upset stomachs the following morning
6. No way to cancel subscription except by calling them on the phone
7. Meal doesn't really taste fresh, so how's it different from frozen/fresh food food section of Cole's and Woolies?

Be very careful about entering your credit card number because they will charge you even if you don’t place an order! It’s a ridiculous system that makes you set up an account before letting you browse products. I did this and then immediately put my account on hold because nothing appealed to me. However lo and behold I still got charged money a few weeks later and my account debited . I will never ever order from this company and I do not recommend them. I was fortunately able to get a refund by calling up but I will never ever shop here . Avoid !
Update- they responded but it’s the usual system generated generic response. Pathetic . YouFoodz you can go and take a hike !

Couldn't even get my first box delivered. Was suppose to arrive Saturday between 8am - 6pm and had to chase it up after it didn't arrive after 6pm. Was told they had to check with the driver and someone will call me Sunday morning. No call was made, so I had to call again, only to be told that it was damaged in transit and I need to place another order. That's ridiculous!! No communication and cannot understand how it was damaged in transit. More like someone has my order. Requested a refund ASAP and will not be ordering from them again! Bad customer service and can't be blaming delivery issues.

Products not sent. SMS received to say credit will be applied to next order. No person to talk to, just a bot saying there won’t be a credit applied to my next order. You can’t get away with this.

The beef stroganoff had ONE piece of meat that was a huge piece of grisle! It was disgusting!
This was in the first box delivered.
It really made me sceptical. So, I accidentally ordered the second lot, but in saying that, the food is tasty & fresh. My teenage boys say it's convenient, I agree.
