The delivery service was excellent they actually arrived an hour earlier than expected, generally the meals were tasty but salty, I felt I had to drink a lot of water afterwards. Ordering was easy and I liked that I could order a Low Fodmap Bundle but I couldn’t respond to any later emails or links as my phone wouldn’t allow me to connect to an insecure website as no https: so be careful of that.

This company is a joke.
If is not a missing meals, is one poorly cooked, or even a "no-show" in terms of delivery. Every time is different issue and their answer is just for you to accept a 20% discount and deal with it, no reparations for the inconveniences caused and no learning curve. Overall, it sucks

Some nice food but the portions are too small.

They changed my billing date to a day early which messed with my finances, and they make you go through hoops and ladders to cancel subscriptions.
What an abysmal service. At least the food is good.

For the most part, I actually really like Dineamic.
However, it would be amazing to see some vegan options.
And not put capsicum in everything.
The cost is absolutely reasonable, i personally purchase on uber eats so its very very convenient.
I usually shop at their Chapel Street store to buy my meals, but I decided to try ordering online this time.
I was very surprised when my delivery arrived containing two boxes of completely frozen meals. On top of that, the portion sizes were noticeably smaller than the meals I normally buy in-store.
I've frozen their fresh meals myself in the past when I've bought too many, and after thawing they've always been disappointing—stodgy, gluggy, and nowhere near as good as when they're fresh. If you're like me and prefer fresh food, I'd avoid ordering anything frozen from this company.
It turns out I'd accidentally ordered from their new frozen meal range, which I found to be confusingly presented on the online ordering platform. Perhaps they'll improve the ordering experience over time, as I understand it's a relatively new product line.
It's a shame because we've always been impressed with the quality of their fresh food. Unfortunately, when I contacted customer service to explain the confusion, the response was essentially, "Bad luck, mate." That dismissive attitude was far more disappointing than the ordering mix-up itself. Based on that experience, I won't be ordering online from them again.

Food needs to improve
So little tuna in tuna mornay for example
If you are going to pretend you save busy people from home cooking at least provide quality ingredients.

Most of dineamic meals taste great
Our issue is with the packaging
They have had trouble with opening the hot meal after it is warmed up
Few nights ago a package burst open while in thr microwave food went everywhere. It was only half way through heating up from frozen
Food is great. Delivery is terrible. Never received.
Meals taste average. Changing the menu on a weekly subscription is extremely difficult because they give you little to no time to amend orders. The website is difficult to use to amend your upcoming orders. Dont bother wasting your money.
I worked for this company for two and a half years, and unfortunately, my termination was handled very poorly. I was removed from the team chat without any prior communication, and only afterward informed that the reason was ‘unavailability.’ This was confusing, as I had consistently requested additional hours over several weeks, but those requests were not accommodated.
I was not given the opportunity to have a proper conversation, nor to say goodbye to my colleagues, and there was no acknowledgment of my time with the company. After more than two years of service, I expected a more respectful and transparent process.
I share this experience to highlight my concerns regarding how long-term employees are treated.
I used to absolutely adore Dineamic meals, but have found in the last few months that the quality has decreased significantly while the prices have risen. The dishes are now completely packed with onions - I’m assuming as a cheap filler. I generally don’t mind mild price increases for the same quality, but not if it’s poorer. Really gutted about it and I’m on the hunt for an alternative service now

Great variety of delicious meals, and a rather convenient delivery service.
Very happy with my subscription and highly recommended it.

Lovely homestyle meals that allow us a variety of dinners each week. We are definitely saving money by not going grocery shopping!

I like the convenience of an easy meal after a busy day.

Packed wrong meals or substituted meals without notification or choice. Did not respond to feedback or concerns raised. Disappointing customer service. Some meals great, some very mediocre. Better value and service elsewhere in a competitive market.
Meals are so delicious and great nutrition. Delivery was on time and so convenient to pick my day. Have been amazing as I’ve just had surgery so need good meals and it’s made life easier for my husband whilst I can’t move during recovery.
I tried the meatballs with pasta and the chicken burrito bowl. Unfortunately they were the worst frozen meals i have ever had, particularly the meatballs - so chewy and unpleasant and barely any sauce at all to go on the pasta - terrible meal. The chicken burrito bowl was slightly better but its just a tray of rice with a tiny amount of chicken mush on top. I really do not recommend buying either of these options. These were both options offered at Woolworths and my first experience with Dineamic Meals. Waste of money and a terrible lunch.
