Meals can be nice but so much goes to waste. The worst part about it is if you don’t have the money and the payments constantly decline the still deliver the box which then puts you in debt. THE BOX SHOULD NOT BE DELIVERED IF NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE

I have four pieces of fruit that was rotten please two Tommy tomatoes punnets that were bad.
The six meals have been lovely and I am very please md with the portion sizes no waste

If I could rate HELLO FRESH no stars i would.
Dodgy scammers!!!
My bank account was charged $195 for an order that i did not authorise. When i contacted customer service they eventually agreed to refund the amount (which would take 7-10 business days) and cancel a subscription that i did not actually sign up for.
24 hours later i was charged another $195. I contacted customer service AGAIN and needed to explain the matter multiple times until they finally understood the situation!!! This was extremely infuriating as i need to wait another 7-10 days for a refund for an UNAUTHORISED payment.
Then 24 hours later a HELLO FRESH delivery has arrived at my door. As it is Sunday i am unable to contact ANYONE!!!!
I am extremely frustrated and appalled at this duplicitous company.
