So far so good

So far so good. It was very easy to open an account and Jess has been assisting me as there is/was a problem because I am still in agreement with One Utility Bill. However I hope this has now been resolved a d the switch will go ahead smoothly. As a previous customer of Octopus I have every confidence that it will.

Eli C. your customer service rep was very helpful and sorted out the credit that had been missed from our account. However, why the monthly credit for the energy exported during the previous month is 'missing' is concerning as this should be automatically added to the account.

My experience…

Although taking a little time to get through to an advisor, Johnny listened and appreciated what I was saying about being unable to see the Gas consumption on certain days on my account. He has forwarded this to a clolleague to investigate. I can give you a final review when the response is known.

I spoke with Portia who spoke with a lovely genuine manner and listened to my request with a genuine concern.
She assured my request will be considered with the team at Octopus and thats all i can ask for.
