How simple it was.EON NEXT let me know I could have a refund,what that entailed.I requested the refund and about a week later it was in my account.

Great service, install went smooth with no issues and professional service throughout. Had to wait a while for DNO / MSC certificates but all sorted. Would certainly recommend and now receiving money for electricity I’m putting into the grid. Would highly recommend.

Helpful until they have your money, installer was brilliant and then no more communication on SEG status, no follow up call, no set up support, no app support. Call and they promise return contact in 5 days, then email to apologise they’re busy but will be in touch, then never call back. AI bot doesn’t know actual call centre number options. Generally poor service and tempted to ask them to take panels back and refund.

Did what was on the label. A tad over two hours for both meters and the associated messing about.

Why does it take so long to action a refund when money transfers between customers takes seconds and not days? The process to request a refund was good but the time taken for payment was too long and means you were still getting interest from my money in your account.

Shock that standard order gone up 25% but at least given information in plenty of time to come to terms with another increase in utilities🤷

Every month I get all the information I need to know what is involved in my bill. When I need to renew contract I get a lot of information and choices ( they also let you know about other companies). I have never had a problem with EON

Eon-Next have always kept me in the loop with the cost of my gas and electric. I am hardly in my flat because I look after my mum and her dementia, so the bills are kept within reason with the amount of money I get on benefits. E.ON always have good, informative advice and communication.. they keep you up to date with changes, any price differences.

Making the change has been effortless, everything has been taken care of for me, I’ve had to do very little and am now on a very good fixed tariff for 2 years so don’t have to worry about it until 2028. Very highly recommended, thank you

I am with the E.ON for a while now and luckily I hadn’t have any problem. Easy to send the meter readings and when need to I give them a call , they are always very polite and willing to help.
