Explained everything clearly and unhurriedly. Superb customer service. Remembered to add my friend invite which I had forgotten. Really couldn’t ask for more.
I like that Octopus prioritises existing customers.

Great Service
Great Service - delivered correct item very quickly.
Unfortunately my delivery instructions were completely ignored and the item was let at reception where I work when know one was there very early in the morning.
Fortunately some staff found it and secure the items.
