Quick order delivery.

Been a customer for over a decade, but recently they changed their website system and merged it with Shop. As a result, the address saved in the acct (which has been the same for eight years) dropped the house number completely. Not realising, I placed an order and then saw what happened. I immediately requested either a cancellation so I could amend it, or if they could change it. They said they could not do either and that it would be sent back if it couldn't be delivered. Now having managed logistics for a small company, I know this is false. If it hasn't been sent, it can be intervened upon (there was no tracking issued at the time of response, and I sent my message within five minutes of seeing the address issue on email confirmation). Allbeauty used to have great service but apparently growing large means it's easier to let an incorrect order runs its course so they don't have to do anything. I'm afraid I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

Great website, I often use it for buying gifts as they offer great prices on fragrances and high end beauty products. I got an amazing deal on Jimmy Choo fragrance for my partner, a 200ml bottle for less than £50 which was huge! I couldn’t find this specific fragrance anywhere else, I’ve ordered it twice from here. Very reliable and I can use blue light discount on top of already great prices & the delivery is always super fast!

which was acknowledged on the 3rd of july and up on till now i haven't received my refund. I messaged them on the 9th of july and this was the response I got below.

We have followed this up with our payment provider today, and their investigation can take approximately 5–8 business days to be completed.

Allbeauty prices beats everyone else! I buy some top range creams & I have never found a better price. Their delivery is within a week, sometimes 3 days.

I was a long standing Irish customer who has been shopping with Allbeauty for more than 10 yrs. I was a platinum member with reward points and it suddenly disappeared. My order history and wishlist also. I redid my wishlist and it disappeared again. Frustrated, I reached out as the app has also disappeared for my region and I believe loyalty points can only be earned on the app. They said they would take a few days to sort the problem and didn't get back to me. Very poor customer service now. I don't know what's happened recently. I have since taken my custom elsewhere which is a shame. Customer service is everything when there is competition for business.

I have been shopping here since 2010 when it was formally cheap smells and with no regrets. Their prices are fair and reasonable and the delivery is speedy

Great company with quick delivery

I purchased several fragrances through the allbeauty app and found the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. I already knew which products I wanted, so I was simply looking for a reliable retailer with competitive pricing.
Ordering was straightforward, delivery was prompt, and everything arrived as expected. I'd happily use allbeauty again in the future if their prices remain competitive.

Great service. Ordered two perfumes and a mascara on 14 July and received lunchtime 15 July. Well packaged. No complaints from me and would be happy to order again from this company ☺️

Quick delivery ,well packed, competitive price..what's not to like.

I ordered a skincare item which cost me over £40 on the website for next day delivery. The item to this day has still not been delivered. I have sent a number of emails to All Beauty which have all been ignored. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience. The fact that I have made them aware that the item has not been delivered and they have not had the courtesy to return my money is appalling.

I ordered a fragrance from this company on 6th July and have still not received it. The item was received and returned by Royal Mail on 10th July at the same time. Whilst I understand this may not be the fault of Allbeauty I have been trying to ascertain what has happened by using the contact us page on their website and three emails have gone unanswered. They offer no other way for me to contact them and I am at a loss as to what else I can do. They have my money but do not appear concerned about customer service in this instance. The telephone number provided is not active either.
