Beauty bundle - missing items.

I ordered a beauty bundle that should have contained 22 items but there were 9 missing. I contacted customer services who were very slow to respond and did not seem to understand the issue. After a number of messages it was agreed that I would return the items for a full refund. The return details I was sent require me to pay £2.99 even though this is their mistake. This is still not resolved!

Products arrived quickly

Products arrived quickly and in perfect condition. 2 of the products were not as stated. I got in contact with customer service, initially they were not helpful. Until I wrote a negative review for the products.
I'm still waiting to hear back from them
