Beware of invalid promotions
They had a promotional offer on their site for Elemis product minis. Choose 4 items for £42. The discount was to be added at checkout but wasn’t. I was told by a customer agent to make the purchase at full price and that I’d be refunded the extra amount paid. I wasn’t and feel duped as I only purchased these items because of the offer. Customer services are slow, and non responsive despite promising to sort it out. Their chat bot system is useless, generic and gives incorrect information. I was told a ‘senior team’ would be looking into this to rectify it, but this was over 3 days ago and I’ve heard nothing back.
