I liked the fact that I was kept informed throughout the journey of my goods and ,the two hour time slots are very useful. The parcels were delivered on time and with a smile .. For me personally, footwear is a great example . Where else could one buy shoes/boots ect, wear them for two
months and return them if they’re unsuitable. NOWHERE !. Unlike other items of clothing ill fitting footwear can really damage our feet and cause a great deal of pain . We’re expected spend a few minutes in a high street shop, make a decision about something we’re going to wear on our feet regardless of whether the choice is the right one . Our feet are not almond shape nor , are they pointed ,they’re asymmetric but most of the shop do not represent that fact. If I have one suggestion for QVC it’s to take that on board . It is imperative that we take more care of our feet as they are fundamental to or wellbeing. That’s why QVC gets my vote , they give us adequate time to choose wisely which is invaluable. Number one,I was able to speak to someone via telephone, always a priority with me as it seems sensible to have the option to go on-line or not.
Conner, the person I spoke to was extremely helpful in all areas and with his help I was able to continue my contract with OVO which was my preference. I now have a 2 year fixed rate deal , clearly costed , which takes the guesswork out of my energy bills.

For me one of the most important things was the fact that I was actually able to speak to a real person via the phone.
