Good communication and product

Good communication, good quality product - sandals. I especially like the comfortable shaped base, and the fact that they fit perfectly, and didn’t give me blisters, even with bare feet.

Wedge sandals arrived badly marked along outside of right sandal. Sale item but still expected it to be in perfect condition.

Shoes were very nice and well and well made …

Shoes were very nice and well made however I’ve ordered too big size and missed my deadline for return.
I contacted customer service which was very easy and very nice Lady helped me to return my shoes. Thank you very much Customer Service. I will order smaller size.

Low quality sole for the sandals

I bought sandals in May this year. I expected high quality shoes that I could keep for several years.
The shape and look of the shoes is really good but the sole has really wear and tear after 2 months.
This is very disappointing but I do not recommend to buy their sandals if you are looking for resistant shoes.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear that your sandals have developed an issue. We have high standards for the quality and longevity of our products and it is therefore concerning to hear that yours have not met with our high expectations.
In situations such as these we request that the item be returned to us for inspection. Once received, our returns team will look into the issue, trying to establish both the cause and the best course of action.
As you most likely no longer have the paperwork you would need to go onto our website under Returns to create and print a free returns label. Once you have filled out all of the fields you can print the return label. We strongly advise you make a note of the tracking number which is located under the barcode as we would need this should there be a discrepancy with the delivery.
Within the parcel please include a cover note containing your contact details and description of the issue. Please be aware that we aim to process your return within 7 days of receipt by our warehouse, however, in very busy periods this can take up to 14 working days. Once your parcel has been dealt with by our returns team, you will be contacted by call or email. Kind regards

Great little merino cardigan

The merino cardigan was exactly as pictured online - the teal colour was even richer looking & a bit deeper but perfect for all seasons. The fit was as expected - just a tad on the short side - but I find this with all sweaters from the UK & not important. The price was better than anything on North American websites, for the same quality. I love the style details & will be ordering more from this company in future. Only lost a star because delivery took longer than expected.

Best sandals I've ever worn

These fisherman sandals are incredible! They are unbelievably comfy. The real leather upper part is so soft and gentle on the tops of my feet and toes. It genuinely feels like an "upper toe massage!" 😆
The suede inner sole is so comfy and supportive and, most of all, keeps my feet sweat free all day! I have walked for long periods of time and my feet remained perfectly comfy and did not get tired at all. Also my feet are notorious for getting sweaty in hot weather. But not with these sandals, even in a heatwave!
Can't believe how perfect these are. Now I've found them I shall be buying more. Never going back!
