I have spoken to Carly today, to clarify regarding my gas and electric smart meters. She has sorted out all very efficiently, and i really appreciate it.

Joanne on Team P was able to process my payment for me over the phone after I had experienced a software glitch on the automated payment system. Call pickup almost immediately! Great service! Hopefully the glitch can be resolved as the APS allows me to make payments during my inclusive call package which is not the case if I call to customer service.
