Small cap investor
1. Excellent App. No buying, selling or holding fee.
2. For intrinsic reasons, sometimes awkward & slow to buy illiquid stocks.
3. I've just transferred 5 instruments from my HL ISA to T212: easy to do through the App. I now won't pay a holding fee of 0.35% pa on these long term holds.
4. I do wish they would add instruments quickly. I feel you have been a slow adding Mendell Helium MDH, Rift Helium RIFT and Arkle Resources ARK to the list of securities I can hold in 212. I look forward to these AIM stocks being added. I'm not the only one!
Overall, excellent, and allows averaging into a position in small bites.

We're glad to hear that you find the app excellent, appreciate the fee-free buying, selling, and holding, and that transferring your instruments from HL ISA to Trading 212 was easy through the app.
Once you create an order, it is processed to the respective venue and executed at the best price. Yet, the execution time depends on the market conditions and the instrument's liquidity. Less liquid stocks tend to have a longer execution time. For example, orders involving LSE AIM instruments may be traded via the SETSqx service, where execution happens only several times per day during the official auctions. If the liquidity with such instruments is low, orders may remain pending for days.
We also appreciate your feedback about adding Mendell Helium, Rift Helium, and Arkle Resources. We regularly review the instruments available on the platform and will take your suggestions into account as we continue expanding our offering.

App is a nightmare to navigate
App is a nightmare to navigate, especially setting up. Failure at various steps makes it frustrating especially since completing steps is not intuitive or fully explained.
No simple way to transfer money straight from your own bank account. We are the customers give us the choice of how we deposit money.

Regarding bank transfers, you can add money by going to the “Deposit funds” section in your Trading 212 account, selecting “Bank transfer”, and using the provided details to initiate the transfer. The transfer must come from your personal bank account, as business or third-party bank transfers are not accepted. Please also include your account number as the payment reference.
