After being with UW for 7 years, as a LOYAL customer, when it was time to close my account due to selling property it took me 3 months to obtain a fraction of the credit owed. Completely disgusted with the customer service I’ve received and my money stolen! My advice would be to never use this company.
The advisor told me that I didn't have full fibre yet it was put in outside our front garden on the street path and our neighbours have the full fibre package so what is going on?
I reported a fault on the line on Tuesday, Duncan explained that he would carry out some tests and call me back, which he did within a few minutes. He explained the plan and said Openreach would be in touch if they needed any further info. He also explained it was remote from our house and was a fault on Broadband. The fault was fixed by Wednesday. Very happy with the communication and time frame.
Extremely easy process to switch to UW from current provider.
Customer service, is brilliant, and there utility are really cheap, you can't fault then, and you get money back, when you join 5hem
It’s so good that you can talk to a person & not a machine
Very helpful, very easy to understand and sorted things out just wait for the outcome
Our smart meter is not working properly. It is not reading the gas.Is has not been working properly for our a year. When I read the meter and send it UW reject. We need to get the smart working please.
The internet was perfect. Left after the prices went up.Despite cancelling the cash back card utility have been stealing money from my account
The staff have always been helpful to me & also you can have 4 bills in one app that means one password only & the 4 bills are cheap for me & 5 stars for all staff
Whilst I had to wait ten minutes to speak to someone, once I was through I was guided through how to overcome the problem with my phone
