I am extremely disappointed with…
I am extremely disappointed with Fruugo’s customer service.
I returned an item exactly as agreed and paid 40 EUR for the return shipping. I provided all required documentation, including photos, the PostNord receipt, and the tracking number (LP000195908DK). The parcel has already arrived in China and is waiting for the retailer to collect it.
Despite sending a detailed message on 21 June, I have not received any reply from Fruugo. No update, no confirmation, no refund. This level of silence is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
I expect Fruugo to handle this matter properly and process my refund without further delay. Ignoring customers after they follow all instructions is not acceptable for an international marketplace.
I have now initiated a formal complaint through ECC Denmark.

From Demark. not satisfied with goods. They Ask for feedback but advised mails won't be read. Tried sending a photo. reply stating it woud.nt be read.Returns have to be within 14 days - my order did not live up to expectation and clearly a copy product. Don't buy through them
