Laziest customer service ever.
I ordered two parts for my Dyson vacuum cleaner: an extension tube and a vacuum cleaner head. The tube fitted my Dyson perfectly, but the vacuum head didn't even fit the tube they had supplied!
Despite providing the exact model number of my Dyson and the product number of their compatible tube, customer service made no effort to identify a suitable vacuum head.
They replied only once a day, even when I responded within minutes. After an entire month of correspondence, they simply refunded me instead of investigating which of their products would actually fit.
Extremely lazy and unhelpful customer service. A complete waste of time!

The product I ordered arrived in perfect condition and was delivered to the specified pick up point in the delivery time specified. The product itself is fabulous quality and really does the job. I was hesitant to order from 24hshop at first as I'm wary of outlets where you can't go in to see the product before purchase or return if something goes wrong. I'm really pleased to say that 24hshop is genuine and I will order from them again.

The product felt ergonomically good in the hands, the hard copy instructions were clear and concise, and the digital directions easy and quick. Delivery was very quick and the carrier tracking accurate. Looking at the outer packaging the shipment had not been miss handled. Used it already to identify an ongoing issue which I could not pin down with my Fluke 77.
