Vi forstår godt din frustration over både den lange leveringstid, at en hjemmelevering blev ændret til levering til en pakkeshop, og at du ikke oplevede at kunne få den hjælp, du havde brug for. Det er naturligvis ikke den kundeoplevelse, vi ønsker at give, og vi beklager besværet, det har medført.

Leveringsændringer kan i enkelte tilfælde skyldes forhold hos transportøren, men vi forstår, at det er frustrerende, når du har betalt for levering til døren og i stedet skal bruge tid på selv at hente pakken.
