Extremely disappointing experience with Joom. I purchased a bag advertised as a “1:1 identical copy”, but the item I received was absolutely nothing like the advertised photographs. The quality was shockingly poor and it was clearly not what I had paid for.

The customer service has been equally disappointing. I’ve repeatedly supplied photographs as requested, only to be asked for more evidence and eventually measurements and dimensions. Despite providing plenty of evidence showing the obvious differences, Joom seem more interested in dragging out the complaint than actually resolving it.

I paid £38 for an item that was completely misrepresented, and now I’m expected to spend even more time dealing with the aftermath.

I have requested a refund and would ideally expect this to be resolved without having to return an extremely poor-quality item to China at my own expense.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to be cautious when purchasing through Joom. Poor product quality, frustrating customer service and a very disappointing overall experience.

I never received the product i ordered and paid for despite making multiple requests. The customer service didn't help at all, and they only recommended to reach out at the shipping company (which i had never heard of before this order). They didn't offer any updates or solutions either.
I will never order here anymore.

I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Joom! The platform offers a great variety of products at very competitive prices. The website is easy to navigate, the ordering process is simple, and everything is well organised.
I really appreciate the wide selection of products and the excellent shopping experience. Joom is a great place to find interesting products at affordable prices.

Totally fake products and not even good ones. They should be investigated and shut down as what they are doing is illegal. No response to my claims and you're forced to download an app to contact them and then they simply do not respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

It was my first very satisfied purchase.

Chinese products. Cheap but very expensive to send back. If the product doesn't fit you end up keeping the useless product and lose your money.

Took two weeks to arrive product was awful cheap looking paid £32 with postage, wasn't worth £1! Fortunately I'd paid through PayPal and reported a case to them advising there were no updates on delivery so be surprised if I ever receive it and a possible scam. Returns were to be paid for by customer back to China!!...but I still returned the item same day I received it (cost me £7.35)!!! PayPal informed me to expect a full refund and luckily 3 days later £32 was in my bank. I'm just thankful I got a quick refund even though it did cost me £7.35!! If I'd not paid via PayPal I don't think I'd have been refunded.
Never use again and deleted the app.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. QUALITY IS AWFUL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN WORSE.

Unable to cancel item pre transit. Item is poor quality and not as described. Now have to pay for return which costs more than the item, when I initially attempted to cancel but they refused to let me. They start a conversation to address and then when you reply state the email address cannot be replied to. They obstruct resolution at every opportunity. There is no information where abouts in the world the items are coming from, this is only confirmed when there is a problem with the item.

The tracking nor the website does not confirm where the items are coming from.

Have had to request support from my bank in order to resolve as the customer service team keep sending me automated emails despite having a two week email convo to the same address.

After delays of over 6 weeks to receive the product, I received counterfeit goods. Do NOT buy things here.

I still have not received my orders which to deliver till 2/Nov.

Bought a kitchen faucet last july. First of all, it came from China. I searched, supposedly a Baltic company, but their stuff comes from china, it's made of really cheap material and after 3 months water started coming out with no pressure, I had to dismantle the thing weekly to clean for it to work again and now it's everyday. They should extend the time you can ask for refund, because these things are just "good" enough that they last a bit past asking for refunds. They should also put next to their products where stuff is coming from, I don't want to have to wait 2 weeks for a product.

I order a black blue lock hoody size medium for my 12 year old. It was too small. I requested a refund of £19.77. They sent me an address for China. I took it to the post office and was happy to send it back at 2nd class but I was told that it would cost £22 to return it. What in the name... It would cost more than what I paid for the jumper to send back. So I am stuck with a jumper my son cannot wear and out of pocket by almost £20. Customer service do not care. AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS.

Absolutely horrendous company to deal with . Said my package was to be delivered finally confirmed it was lost in the mail but would not refund my order even though confirmed the parcel was lost . Very complicated non delivery process long drawn out process to get my $30 back absolute waste of time and very dishonest company to deal with . Never again and avoid at all costs

Ordered a halloween costume for my child . Said it would be here in plenty of time. Still not here. They told me it was attempted to be delivered but was not i was here both days have a ring camera no packages came to the door. Keep moving the date so i cant get a refund or return. Absolutely awful service will nevet ever use agen

This is what happened when I did an order:
I ordered a man’s sweatshirt with hood from an online company called Joom which was priced at £17 + 3 delivery charge. when I got it, It was so oversized I wanted to send it back. So I looked on Joom website for returns . I received the sweatshirt from the Address in london ( TW14 0AF ) and I was charged £3 delivery, when I wanted to return it, the return policy for Joom said that I had to send it back to China and pay for delivery to China which was £26. Was more than I paid. This must be a scam

I will never use Joom again, tried to return boots that were too small, never a size 7 uk, anyway boots were £20 and to return them would cost £23. First and last time using company,,,,I should have checked properly it was Chinese Company 🤬😡

Do not use Joom..I received a plastic pipe instead of what I had ordered. That was 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard back from them..CD

Despite all the negative reviews I must say that the order I made was exactly as described.
It took a while to arrive but definitely higher quality than Shein
