Wonderful concert. I was ver apprehensive about using this site but my tickets were transferred within minutes. The booking process was simple, my tickets were branded as ‘great’ and they sure were, view as shown on the screen when booking. Really delighted with my experience and I wouldn’t be hesitant again. The concert was joyous and a fantastic experience.

Only criticism is the booking part, items delivered separately due partly my own mistake in not realising each item is booked separately and not picking the same day/slot for all items. Delivery crew were excellent as was communication throughout the process.

I was a bit dubious about scam calls but my call today was a really positive experience. I was given reassurance and guidance through my call with Callum, his manner was polite and empathetic, he discussed all queries willingly with knowledgeable answers and advised how I would know calls from TP are genuine and I know that I can get in touch at any point if I need help.
