Driver ready and waiting for me on time. Gave me lots of useful travel tips on the journey and clearly communicated the journey and expected arrival. Clean and tidy car and careful driver. I would recommend Welcome Pickups service to everyone.

The was an error on pickup
To a long story short we were scammed

But Pablo was really helpful in telling us what not do and what to do

Whilst it was annoying it was no fault of the driver who actually was a really good guy and helpful

Just don’t be a mug and believe what they tell at he airport you

If my phone not switched back to airplane mode I would have all the messages that were sent

As far as I’m concerned pablo still gets the money as I will not be asking for a refund

Our driver Tush picked us up at the airport and drove us to a resort on the other side of Mauritius. He was a clean-cut, courteous and friendly young man. The experience could not have been better!

I travel alone. They committed in advance. I knew when and where. The flight determined the when. They knew my flight was late. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent choice if you travel a lot.....Welcome Pick ups have many destinations worldwide. So easy to book. The driver contacts you prior to your flight so you know he will be waiting at your Destination. They track your flight so they are fully aware of any delays. I haven't had a bad driver yet, in fact all have been friendly, welcoming and very professional.

I had an excellent experience with Welcome Pickups for a round-trip transfer from Rome city to the Rome cruise terminal. Our driver, Stefano, was amazing! He was punctual, professional, friendly, and an excellent and safe driver. Both the pickup in Rome and the return trip to the city went smoothly and comfortably.
Stefano made our transportation completely stress-free, which was especially appreciated while traveling with luggage and getting to and from the cruise. We felt very safe and well taken care of throughout the entire trip.

Although our flight was delayed our driver was waiting for us in arrivals.
We were within minutes in his spotless car & driven safely to our hotel.

First time through Bologna airport I had allowed a little too much time between my flight landing and my pick up time. However, I was greeted on arrival into Bologna with a message with a contact number to bring this pick up forward and the best place to wait. Super professional service, from booking, pick up and all the way through to arriving at my final destination.

I would highly recommend Welcome Pickups if you’re traveling into Mexico. We booked them for transfers from Cancun to our hotel and they were brilliant from time of booking to actual pickup and drop off.

The booking was smooth, taxi on time. Nice and clean car with a friendly driver. The communication with the taxi driver went smooth before the pick-up.

They did what they said they were going to do and in this harsh cynical world, that’s a bright spot. Talking of bright spots, John my driver was first class and made me at ease either his professional and friendly manner. We discussed the state of the world, economics politics and even football. My first time in Greece and first time using Welcome, I will most certainly be back and I will definitely recommend Welcome too.

Very efficient service and takes all the worrying out of getting from the airport to the hotel, or vice versa, wherever your destination may be. The communication maintained during the process is excellent both in terms of which driver has been assigned to you, as well as, on the day of pick-up with the driver themselves either via WhatsApp or text message. This is especially important since the recent Passport Control changes and the uncertainty of the time it will take to get through Customs. Regular communications with the driver takes all of this out of the equation. Cannot recommend Welcome Pickup highly enough. THANK YOU so much.
