First time booking and it was very nice and easy. Will certainly not hesitate in the future. Reasonable prices too and a good choice of vehicles of all sizes.

I had to make two separate bookings as it would not let me book the return journey as it was within the same month!!! 28/08/2026-31/08/2026.
It closed the calendar for the return date therefore had to make two bookings.

The booking itself was fine but when you get confirmation it gives pick up time the same as flight landing time - I realise they give you 60mins free waiting time BUT if flight delayed even a little and then by the time you get through passport control etc this could well mean the 60 mins is up.
Would be better if they gave pick up time as at least 30 mins after landing THEN 60 mins free waiting time.

Shocking service, driver didn’t show up when I contacted him he said he couldn’t get to the airport, contacted hoppa and the rep put the phone down on me after saying get a taxi & try to reclaim!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

As a first time user with Autism & ADHD this was a challenging experience from start to finish.
I typed in my destination and preceded to book and pay. Once the booking confirmation was received, I'll noticed it said 7 minutes to my destination when it is actually one hour - even though I entered the right place (there is only one Kassiopi on the island). It took me six attempts to speak to a customer service person who told me that I would need to pay £170 instead of the £52 I'd paid. When I said that I was really unhappy about this he cut me off.
I cancelled my booking and had to rebook a shuttle instead of a car.
It is almost impossible getting through to customer service and I won't use the service again

Everything is so easy to complete start to finish.

On booking it wasn’t clear until the last step whether I was putting in flight arrival time or pickup time. I could only select one of these but the confirmation assumes flight arrival and pickup are the same time and no indication if you will be checking flight arrivals. But otherwise good website

It was very simple and few clicks and received confirmation of the booking

I have been using hoppa for many years, usually turkey (dalaman) and Spain (Alicante)
Last year and this year I have had problems at the payment stage.(pay by card) It does not seem to process payment and I have ended up doing same booking 3 or 4 times before switching to PayPal. (Which uses the same card.) I have tried credit and debit cards. This has happened this year on 4 booki gs plus last year.

So easy and very cheap

I found it very easy to book a car from Naples Airport to the hotel, it will be a big surprise for my 12 year old grandson when he sees his name on a card at the airport . Very happy with the price as I had a discount.

I always choose Hoppa for my traveling abroad. Amazing communication and great :)

A little more expensive than other provider but definitely reliable

Taxi was over 45 minutes late, driver said he had tried to make contact but no call or message. Luckily we had planned for a delay, otherwise we would have been late for our cruise checkin. When I phoned him he was able to call me back, so contact excuse doesn't wash.

Easy site to navigate and booked a real value for money Airport Transfer. I have used hoppa before and found everything to be smooth and easy, thank you hoppa!
