On time and quiet professional service

Have used many times and they are always 100 per cent reliable.
When arriving at rhe airport they track your flight and after 1 hour they ring you to check your progress through passport control and the ees system in Europe.
If they are running slightly late they ring you to let you know on your return transfer.
Would recommend to anyone

I have used sun transfers countless times, their drivers have always been there waiting, polite and friendly. Our most recent pick up from Nice was exactly what I have come to expect. He even had bottles of water for us which was a lovely touch. I will always recomend sun transfers

What the hell is happening to your company. Ordered transportation for 4 people with 4 suitcases and when we were supposed to pick up there could only be 3 suitcases. The driver did not do much to solve the problem. Fortunately bravo tours bus took the excess. Expecting some kind of compensation.

Used the what's app application, very quick and easy to use. Got desired outcome and was able to ask questions... Excellent!

The administration pre booking is very good. The driver was waiting in the pre advised location with a large name tag. He was an excellent driver. I have given this 5 starts but if Suntransfers read this the 2 comments are I had booked a car and got a van and the driver spoke no English. It wasn't a problem however as we know a little Spanish.

Very easy to use. Easy to identifye driver at airport, due to him sending a pic befor landing.

Great prompt service.
Could do with being told the drinks being given out when we arrived were to be charged for at the end.
Other than that, very good service when arriving and departing.

Not bad. We booked a private transfer and had to share it with another couple, which was fine but I found it pricey for a shared taxi.

ON ARRIVAL YOU FIND THE CAR HIRE DESK AT YOUR DESTINATION WHICH IS FINE ITS NEARBY (ANTALAYA) BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE WAS KEPT WAITING 30 MINS FOR OUR TRANSPORT IN THE HEAT WHILE THEY FOUND US A CAR
FOR THE RETURN JOURNEY THE MINI BUS BROKE DOWN BEFORE IT COLLECTED US BUT THEY KEPT IN CONSTANT CONTACT ADVISING US OF A REPLACEMENT BUS WHICH ARRIVED ONLY 20 MINUTES LATE
THE OVERALL JOURNEYS WERE BOTH VERY GOOD AND WE SAFE WITH BOTH THE DRIVERS

Used them for years but NEVER again.
Asked for pickup 13:25 even though flight was expected to land at 12:40 to allow time for airport delay.
Got through 13:28 driver had gone as he said was over the hour.
Then stuck at airport with young family, no money refunded, no way of getting to hotel due to money with other family members who had left.
Absolute disgrace NEVER USE THEM EVER.

The trip from the airport to the resort was all good. However, the return pick up wasn’t there at the allocated time. I did receive a phone call from the driver asking me if I was being picked up at his quoted address. He arrived 15 mins late. This is the third time I have had a poor return trip to the airport experience.

Unfortunately, my experience with Sun Transfers in Corfu was disgusting.

As I was travelling alone, I had pre-booked the express transfer to my hotel to give myself some peace of mind as my flight wasn’t landing until 11.30pm. After checking in at their desk, I was told to wait to one side with a couple of other customers.

After around 15 minutes, I asked how much longer we would be waiting. Around eight other people who had also been waiting in another area had already left, so I was told that the driver would be there in five minutes.

After waiting another 10 minutes, I noticed that another flight appeared to have arrived and more passengers were coming through the arrivals area. I went back to the customer service representative, who had been far from friendly from the start, and asked whether we were actually waiting for the driver or waiting for more passengers from another flight.

She called someone from the office, and he came out and told us that we were waiting for more passengers. I pointed out that the rep had previously told me we were simply waiting for the driver. They then proceeded to argue amongst themselves in front of me and two other ladies, who had also been waiting for more than half an hour.

As we had no idea how long we would be expected to wait for the additional passengers, I decided that I would rather get a taxi instead. The male representative’s response was simply, “Good.”

I was so shocked by his attitude that I said I would be leaving them a ‘glowing’ review. His reply was, “You get what you pay for.”

I can only assume he meant that by paying for their service, you should expect to be left waiting for an unknown amount of time, given misleading information, and then spoken to rudely when you decide you have had enough.

I would absolutely not recommend this company based on my experience. As a solo traveller, I booked in advance specifically for peace of mind, but the experience was stressful, poorly communicated, and made significantly worse by the dismissive and rude behaviour of the staff.

Return transfer to the airport was 40 mins late. I contacted sun transfers who contacted the 3rd party they use; pelican transfers. Due to issues with one of their vehicles, they ordered us an uber. The potential delay was not communicated to us.

Sun transfers refunded 20% of the charge for the journey - £58.84. The cost of an Uber from our address was £22 at the time of checking.

The service was fantastic with a car waiting for us on arrival.
I was worried about our return given that it was a 0330am collection however our driver was there 15 minutes early ready to take us back.
Really was a great service, thank you.

I used Suntransfers for the round trip from the airport.
The driver was easily identified with a large notice at the arrivals hall and helped withour bags. The driver arrived at the hotel about 10 early. He called us and sent a photo of where he was parked. Both drivers drove carefully and were polite and helpful.

Great service grumpy drivers but did there job on time that's all that matters
