On time, helpful, friendly. Positive experience.

I did my booking via Suntransfers to get from Airport to Hotel prior to going, which was very straightforward to do and clear enough to understand... I received enough confirmation throughout of timings and telling me where to meet on arrival, which was easy to understand and find. After gathering cases headed to the spot.... and there was a gentleman with my name held clear enough for me to see. He helped with our cases and we then waited in a safe area for him to them bring the vehicle to us. Again, helped put out cases into the vehicle and off to our Hotel. We felt safe and he chatted with us throughout... that made us look forward to our holiday there.
This was also on the return with another gentleman driver.... again, received messages of collection and helped us with cases.... we had safe journey again returning back too the Airport, where we were dropped off in a close and safe location to walk straight into Airport.
For sure I would recommend this company for your transportation, be it to or from the Airport or wherever... their communication was brilliant via email & text messages... would be also good if it WhatsApp.. but guess thats also down to Internet connections. Overall , very pleased with our safe and helpful transport provided for our trips we requested with no stress at all even of time. Thank you so much. Highly recommend. 🙏🏼🙌

We went to Barcelona airport, didn't find the driver at the meeting point, nor in other places in the airport. He didn't answer the phone, so we left as there was also a little girl with us. Customer service is not giving a refund.
Won't use this (not) service anymore.

Driver kept texting saying he was on the way but late and finally text to say he was not coming as his allotted time was up. Despite many text he said it was sun transfers rules SORRY. rang customer service who said we had not arrived at the meeting point on time according to the driver and to claim on our holiday insurance . Cost us €180 for 5 people including 3 children under 5 left at 11 at night without transport. Appalling service.

​Do not recommend! Ruined vacation and wasted money.
​I flew to Larnaca from Israel with my family (my husband and two children, aged 12 and 2.5) for the first time. To make things easier, I booked a round-trip airport transfer online in advance, linking the times to our flight tickets. Their website explicitly stated that they monitor flight schedules and arrival times.
​The outbound trip:
Our flight was rescheduled from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The driver waited for us, but he was extremely unhappy that it took us a while (we had to wait a long time for our baggage and change our toddler's diaper after the flight). He complained about having to wait and that we didn't find him immediately at the designated spot. It was an unpleasant start to our vacation.
Furthermore, once we got into the car, our little one got hungry, so we gave her a small cookie. The driver rudely demanded that we stop eating and drinking in the car—even though the ride to the hotel takes an hour—stating that he would have to clean up afterward. Considering we paid a significant amount of money for this service, this attitude was completely unacceptable.
​The return trip (and total service failure):
Our return flight was changed twice at the very last minute:
​First, it was moved from 11:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
​Just a few hours later (less than 24 hours before departure), we received another notification: the flight was moved an hour earlier than the original time (to 10:20 AM instead of 11:20 AM). This meant we needed to leave significantly earlier than the scheduled transfer time.
​I immediately contacted customer support. They informed me that I could not cancel the transfer (because it was less than 48 hours before departure) and that they couldn't change the time because they had no available drivers. They simply refused to help, stating the driver would arrive at the originally scheduled time. No one refunded my money for the return trip.
​As a result, I was left stranded with two children and had to urgently look for and pay out of pocket for a regular taxi.
​Conclusion:
This company lacks any flexibility. Traveling with children is already stressful, and flights are often delayed or rescheduled. Claiming to "monitor flights" while refusing to accommodate schedule changes is completely unprofessional. I will never use this company again and strongly advise others to stay away.

Avoid this company at all costs. Driver did not turn up to the airport. I spent one hour chasing up, calls weren’t being answered and I just kept receiving a text every 20 mins to say he was on his way. I had travelled to Malta on my own as my friends had travelled earlier in the day so was left in the airport without the driver at 2am for over an hour. Driver subsequently after being an hour late, picked up another group from the airport instead of me without checking their names. Have requested a refunded from the company and to date no response and no apology. Will never use this company again, will use bolt for my way home instead.

Austin and his sister drove us two and from the airport in Antigua and they were absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend the service from the airport in Antigua.

Punctual pick up in both directions in well equipped vehicles, good air-conditioning and proficient drivers.

The booking process was straightforward. The drivers were professional and polite. The only negative feedback was the actual pickup and drop off. I found this very stressful trying to find the driver. It says that someone will be waiting with your name on a board which wasn't the case. My husband stayed with the luggage where they suggested to meet us and I then went up and down trying to find the driver. I had to speak to quite a few other drivers waiting before I finally found our driver who had our name on his mobile phone. I found this really stressful at the beginning of our journey but even more stressful when we had to be picked up to take us back to the airport as I was worried we would miss our flight. It would be a good idea if they stipulated an exact point to meet with your driver and to have a board with your name on to be able to identify the driver. That said I would use them again to see if this experience was a one off.

Very good service transfer from Barcelona Airport Hotel to Barcelona Port. Vehicle was on time and clean. Driver was courteous, helped with the bags and drive safely. Will use again and would recommend.

After sitting in the airport for 10 hours, my initial connecting flight was canceled, leaving me grounded and unable to make my overseas connection to Malta. I reached out to Suntransfers immediately to update my itinerary—a full 9 hours before my scheduled transfer time.

Their customer support structure is atrocious:

Bot-Only Front Door: The only contact option available on their site is an AI chatbot.

Unhelpful Human Intervention: After holding in the chat window for an hour, a representative finally popped in. Instead of assisting, they pointed out that the secondary flight from JFK to Malta was still in the air. When I clarified that I couldn't be on that plane because the feeder flight was canceled, they bluntly stated that was "not a valid reason" to reschedule my pickup, then disconnected the chat.

Internal Miscommunication: At 3:00 AM, an upset driver called asking where I was. Suntransfers clearly never updated the driver or logged the cancellation internally.

Refusing to accommodate a transfer change when given 9 hours of advance notice due to an airline cancellation is unacceptable. Air travel requires a basic level of flexibility. Suntransfers has none, and their support team is completely unhelpful. I will not be using their service again.

No problems at all. The driver was on time for both the out and return journeys. Fantastic.

The service was very good BUT I have dropped 1 star because the mini bus for our return journey could only accommodate 8 passengers and our party was for 9 passengers!!
Luckily our friend had returned home the morning due to a family emergency before so it wasn’t a problem but very well could of been! Also of the 8 passengers 2 has to sit with the driver up front
