Reliable, friendly and helpful service.

Great driver, on time, keeping us updated and very nice.

Very disappointed with the service. I paid for a luxury private transfer and they sent me a regular taxi. I'm still waiting for a resolution. I'm very angry. I will never use this service again.

From the day I booked i had great communication and our drive nuno reis was in contact the mi ute the flight landed he came in to greet us and was very welcoming , gave us some useful tips on what to see in alvor and surrounding areas would highly recommend this company. We had our own car straight to our appartment....thanks connect transfers and nuno. We have this booked for returning home also.

Booked my airport transfer less than 24h before I needed it and made it to the airport on time. Very quick to answer emails. One thing to note this is a booking company and not the service provider so it can take some time for your booking to be confirmed. Would use again.

Had a pre booked taxi for an early transfer to Alicante airport. Driver failed to show and company although tried, failed to find us a replacement. Not a great experience.

⭐ 1 STAR – TWO FAILED TRANSFERS AND LEFT STRANDED IN RAVENNA

I strongly advise other travellers to think twice before relying on Connecto Transfers for an important airport transfer.

We booked and paid for TWO transfers with Connecto during the same trip.

The first transfer, from Athens Airport, did not arrive at the agreed time. After contacting Connecto and complaining, the driver eventually arrived, but only after a significant delay.

Because of this experience, we specifically contacted Connecto beforehand regarding our second transfer and made it absolutely clear that punctuality was essential, as we had a flight to catch.

The second booking was from Porto Corsini (Ravenna) to Bologna Airport on September 6th, for NINE passengers, including FOUR CHILDREN, with a flight departing at 12:15.

The booked transfer simply DID NOT SHOW UP.

We were then informed that Connecto could not provide the transfer, leaving nine people stranded at the port, with four children, luggage and an imminent flight — WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY ALTERNATIVE.

We desperately tried to find another transfer at the last minute, but finding transportation for nine people from the port on a Sunday morning was extremely difficult.

As a direct consequence of this failure, we MISSED OUR RETURN FLIGHT and have incurred additional expenses and considerable stress.

What is particularly unacceptable is that we had already experienced problems with the first transfer and had specifically warned Connecto about the importance of the second journey. Despite this, the same thing happened again.

This is not a minor delay. It is a failure to provide a CONFIRMED AND PAID SERVICE at the time it was required.

We are formally requesting:
• A full refund of the Ravenna transfer.
• Reimbursement of the additional transportation costs.
• Reimbursement of the costs directly resulting from the missed flight.

We have retained all booking confirmations, payment records, communications and receipts.

I am posting this review because I would not want another family to find themselves in the same situation, particularly when travelling with children and relying on a pre-booked airport transfer to catch a flight.

For us, after two problematic transfers during the same trip, Connecto has completely lost our trust.

Good driver that spoke English well. Met up at time (was at pickup a few minutes before even). We had booked a seat for a toddler which the driver already had mounted.
