Best way to get to London central from LHR after a long flight.

Driver was great but when I book first class I expect an S class not an SUV.

My first experience yesterday was ok. Nothing out of this world. It’s just uber black on another platform. The guy had 3 phones and an IPad all set up. I could hear them going off with the other platforms like Lyft and uber. The only difference was he came inside the airport and met me. I would use them again but will compare prices with uber black and Lyft before booking and just choose the cheaper option.

Perfect pickup. On time, helped with bags, nice personality and a very good driver. Also communicated well.

Excellent! Driver texted us as we arrived, was waiting for us at baggage claim, walked us to his car, car was excellent and the ride to town was very comfortable.

Everything was well executed and on time. Fabian was great and while the traffic was horrendous he drove well.

Easy to make reservations on line. Professional, friendly chauffeurs. Great service!

Showed up 45 minutes late so I had to get another car and they charged Me full price.

The driver was prompt, I received his call right after landing. He patiently waited for me while my luggage arrived. Since I had quite some luggage, he also was courteous and helped me load and unload them in the car. He was waiting for me at the Meet & Greet area. He was very professional and fluent in English.

Make sure you have a Plan B. Booked a car for pickup at the Las Vegas airport but when I arrived my driver told me he was already with another pickup. He tried to contact Blacklane about the “mix up” but they weren’t getting back to him so he asked ME to get in touch with them. After over 20 minutes of messages via their chat someone finally called me back to tell me they were sorry and I should find alternate transportation. I ended up getting a cab which took 2 minutes and 1/3 the price. This was my first and last time using Blacklane.

Great service. Punctuality and professionalism are the best attributes of this company. Our driver was very kind and polite and very skilled at driving.

The driver left my manager stranded at the US Open last night 9/3/26. They communicated via chat. She was trying to locate him. He then said it had been 30 minutes and he had to leave for another pickup. It had not in fact been 30 minutes. How is that acceptable? This was our first time using and will not use again. And we were fully billed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have tried and failed to book an airport transfer from LAX on September 5. I have contacted customer service several times to no avail. “Cary” a customer service agent engaged with me and then fell silent when she could not figure out the issue. I have used the app. I have used the website. I continue to get an error message at the very end of the booking. I have neither the time nor the inclination to try again. I have a $50 voucher which appears to be just a tease. This is unacceptable. Perhaps your Uber takeover has affected your ability to function as a company in which case you should notify customers.

Showed up on time. Professional. No complaints. Id use them again.

The Black lane company gave me the wrong telephone number for my driver,
so when I finished with my appointment we weren’t able to tell the driver to take us home. We called and called the number, but no one answered the number we were given!
Since it was our son who ordered the car for me and his dad, we had to phone him in Athens, Greece to untangle the problem for us! ( Through some strange mix up, our driver didn’t have our number even though we called him from our phone earlier in the day.) We all spent over an hour trying to call one another!!!
The car ride itself was marvelous and the driver was calm and told us he would talk to his company about the snafu.

Our driver was on time friendly and professional.
